Sir,
i am rahuljain, i purchase a microwave on 26-11-2009 on my mother name MS BEENA JAIN from bombay tv center paltan bazar dehardun on microwave .Which is also mentioned on microwave.After 1year 8months ,microwave did not work properly. I will raised a complaint in lg call center.they told me that your problem is short out in 24 hours. engineer came on my home & told me told that magneton is not work so it is changed. he ask me for yellow card in which is mentioned 3 year warranty . Engineer said that if you have a yellow card, then i will changed this magneton but i have not a yellow card becoz Mr oberoy ,the owner of shop bombay tv center at this time i have not a yellow card. about 15 days left this problem is not solve. .the head of service center said that i cant changed the magneton part due to lack of yellow card . ihave also a original bill & photos in 3 years warranty is mentioned& Mr oberoy did not gave a yellow card at time of purcahse & i did not have a knowledge about yellow card. sir i will request to solve the problem of magneton.
