Inappropriate supply of cooling in the lower section and high cooling in the freezor
I purchased the LG refrigerator model No GL-408YSQ4/2012 in the year 2012 after which we have been facing continuous problems with respect to its inadequate cooling in the lower section and very high cooling in the upper section and even all the plastic parts along with the hand were been experienced with a very poor quality. After regular complaints to the LG , the executives used to check the machine(Refrigerator) n clean it and after that it used to function properly for some time then again the same problem use to arise, this happened each and every time we complained. But within past one year i have been facing alot of problem with its cooling and have been complaining and paying to the LG executives on regular basis, recently the executives changed a sensor in the upper section ie. Freezor part. After the change of that part the temperature control panel in the lower section has got problem and is not working and there is no effect in the cooling till now. I have not been able to keep anything in the refrigerator may it be milk or any other product as it gets rotten or starts smelling because of inadequate temperature cooling. I was been informed that the PCB for the temperature control panel is not available now but will be made available within 2-3 days, for which no response has been given to us till date after the complaint dated 18-05-2016. I am suffering alot with the harsh summers and we have lost our faith on the LG products as well as the service. I am attaching the last bill payed by me for the sensor as well as the service charges i have payed. Kindly do the needfull at the earliest as it has caused us a lot to suffer and wastage of the products as well the hard earned money. We'll be waiting for your reply eagerly.

Dear Sir/ Madam
With much regret and dismay i choose to complaint regarding the poor service quality of LG service, which is topped by casual unprofessional behavior which does not speak high about a company as reputed as yours. i have been loyal to the LG brand for many years, with most of the appliances being from LG. i have been using LG a/c for past more than 10 years. i have availed the offer for 2 years annual maintenance contract last year. Now when my a/c developed a snag, the attitude of LG service center guys has changed, my complaints are falling on deaf years. i have complaints 5 days back, an engg came only to tell me that some other guy will do the necessary repairs and after that, have made repeated calls and requests for the same, the only reply i get is one of a very rude nature and complete disregard to the concerns of the customer. i didnt expect while paying for the AMC that in the times when i would need to avail the services, i would experience such things from a company like LG.
Please fill the holes to maintain the reputation of the company as soon as possible.
