I have purchased LG Washing Machine & LG double Door Regrigarator on 28th Oct 2010. Initially the engineer came at wrong addres and not on my delivery addres.. Post that i had again updated the address with your call center for Demonstration but till date i have not got a single call from technician or from the engineer. My Request nos are C10B0320789 & C10B0225297. For last 2 days i am calling up call center but get only one resposive " I will try my Level Best " Is this the Level Best that am getting as a response.. Finally they gave me Aditya Services no which am trying since morning but getting response that the line is busy.. hope the reciever is not kept aside...Hope i get a demo in next 24 hours .. If this is the response for just getting a demo god knows how much followup will be needed for after sale service...

Hello

Last month i brought LG 22" monitor
powersupply blow up in one month of my purchase.
I logged a complaint 11 days back

my complaint number = C1091204074
still no response an engg came and said power supply needs to be replaced and said it will take one week , i am waiting past 10 days but no response
i have been repeatedly calling up service center ,even visited their services center 2 times, They only say we will inform you once we recive the part.

1. Is LG such a small company that they do not have parts to replace.
2. Or LG only belives in selling their products and rest is customers fate

i am very unhappy and disappointed by the service given by LG.

Hope the mail that i am sending to you is being address or else i have to take the action (logging the complaint to consumer court)

i will waiting for next 48 hours for a response and after that i will aprroach the consumer court for the same.
