As i have parked my scooty (honda dio) on side of a shop near kandivali station in the area which is less public crowded (one way lane) then too RTO has put the fine of 500/- (sec 122/177 MVA) stating 'That vehicle causing danger or obstruction or undue inconvenience to other users of public place' as the vehicle was parked not in front but on the end side of the shop. I just want clarification that how my motor can cause danger in such place which is been parked on side of road.
