Bill payment

I have made an online transaction from the Paytm to mahavitran.The transaction is successful but the current electricity shows no payment made .
Below is my payment receipt and current bill attached ..please provide a solution to this problem.

मेरा महावितरण का बिल नम्बर ############​ है जो १ साल से लाइट बिल के कम्प्लेन कर चुके है यहाँ से लेकर बन्द्रा के अधिकार और ठाणे के और वसई-विरारा के अधिकारी तक लेकिन अभी तक मेरा बिल सही नहीं कर पाए है जीतनी बार ऑफिस में जाकर कप्लीन करो इतना ही कहा जाता है हो जायेगा और इसबार का बिल भर दो अगले लीघाट बिल में काम हो जायेगा| आज तक यही सुनाने में आ रहा है लीघाट ६ महीने या साल भर में एक बार भी काम नहीं आया है हर महीने की तारीख और ऑफिस की छुटी |

high electricity bill month jun 2017

High Electricity Bill for jun,2017
I have been charged very high bill for the month of jun 2017. The amount is 1900 for a unit of 225. The consumer no: ############.

My electronic device: 3 CFL light , 2 ceiling fan, one LED tv, one Refrigerator.
All of these devices are not running for 24 hr.

I don't understand how its possible to come such a high amount of unit 225.My humble request to give solution, please.

I appeal to the concerned Authority to take suitable steps, investigate the bill amount so that it can be adjusted later as it is very difficult to pay in this way.

wrong reading

Dear Team,

We had received Electricity Invoice for the month of Dec-2016 of Rs.3340/- which was much higher than our regular bill,because of wrong reading, so we contact the Vasai ( West ) Electricity Department ,spend our whole day and revised our Bill for the month of Dec-2016 to Rs.313/- , Now we received Electricity Bill for the month of Jan-2017 which is Rs.3830/- again wrong reading.so how to solve this.we have to visit visit again n again to reduce our bill because of they are taking wrong reading.attaching scan copy for ref.

Faulty Meter

I am using electricity for same electric appliances and for same time duration, but for last 2 month Bill has just doubled.
Its not correct, kindly re-check and take action.

disconnection on metre

I am totally shocked when the Mahavitran official disconnected my meter [ without NOTICE} for a small amount of 400 Rs when they are holding my depasit for meter with them..

Reliance and other suppliers keep the electricity going as a essential commodity !!!and they are very courtious for late payments too


MAHVITRAN .....WAKE UP you have competition !!!!!

Frequent power cuts

despite having frequent power cuts for more than 13-14 hours day, we are getting high electricity bills every month. There is no change in bill amount. ????

Frequent power cuts

i m residing at Samel Pada, Umrale area ,Nalasopara. We are fed up with frequent power cuts for more than 12-14 hours many a times, continuously.

Today also there was power cut since 4.30 in the morning, it came at 8.30 and againt went off at 10.00, again came at 4 pm for half an hour , again went at 4.30, came at 6.45, went at 8, came at 10 pm. many a times, there is no power for more than 3-4 hours during night also.

What nonsense it is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any time during the day, as well as night, there are frequent power cut.

We tried to call at MAHAVITRAN's office, it was just ringing whole day, at last somebody picked phone at 8.15 pm, they were arguing , this is not their area, call on this no and that no etc........................


Nobody is bothered to attend the complaint too......... local Nagarsevak is also doing nothing in this issue

please look into this and resolve the issues , at least we can sleep peacefully in night.

MSED HAS SEND LATEST BILL WRITTEN WITH FAULTY IN RUNNING READING

AND WROTE OLD READING 9019. BUT MY METER IS RUNNING ABOVE 9060-9070
