Not refunding my money

Hi
I had made a booking with make my trip. Com. Later i decided to cancel the booking and as per their promise, i am eligible to get my full refund. I am from Kenya and so i used my visa card for the payment. I cancelled the booking on 12th November 2017 and hence got an email from them that the refund was initiated and was expected to reflect in my bank account in 3 days. Ever since then i have being calling them everyday and they are telling me to check my bank account and confirm with them. But repeatedly i have to call them and tell them that i didnt receive the refund. They gave me ARN number to ask my bank but my bank told me that they are not expecting any funds. When i tell them to give me an update of whats happenning, they say that they will call me in 2-3 hours. I think this guys are fraudsters and are avoiding to pay my money. They are asking me to show my bank statement and i think that nuisance. If i was suppose to ask for their statement, would they agree with that?My booking reference number is NH2003262378889.

BUS SERIVCE NOT PROVIDED

MY SELF K CHANDAR BOOKED TICKET WITH YOUR MAKE MY TRIP.COM ON 3RD MARCH 2014 FROM SHIRDI TO PUNE ON 26.3.2014 AT 5.30A.M ON PAYING AN AMOUNT OF RS.1800 BY VISA DEBIT CARD. PAYMENT WAS DEBITED IN MY A/C ON THE SAME DATE. WE RECIEVED CONFIRMATION TICKET THROUGH MAIL. ACCODINGLY I TRAVELLED AS PER MY PROGRAMMME. WHEN I CONTACTED THE BUS SERVICE OPERATOR OVER PHONE AT 11.30 AM [25.3.2014] ON REACHING SHIRDI,BEFORE GOING FOR DARSHAN HE DIDN'T RESPOND. AFTER FINISHING MY DARSHAN AT SHRIDI I AGAIN CONTACTED OVER PHONE THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. HENCE MYSELF ALONG WITH MY WIFE AND KID WENT TO ROYAL RAJ TAVELS - SHIRDI BY 3.3OP.M TO ENSURE MY BOOKING, BUT HE REPLIED THAT AS HE AND HIS PARTNER HAD FUED, HE ASKED ME TO CONTACT SAI PARIVAS TRAVELS OPP TO HIS TRAVELS [NEARY BY WATER TANK]. AGAIN WE CONTACTED THE SAI PARIVAS TRAVELS, THE IN-CHARGE THEIR ASKED US TO COME BY 11.OO P.M [25.3.14]. BUT WE ASKED THAT WE BOOKED THE TICKET ON 26.3.2014 AT 5.30 AM. AND WE SHOWED THE ONLINE TICKET. EVEN THE IN-CHARGE DIDN'T SEE THE TICKET AND REPLIED THAT THE BUS IS COMING FROM INDORE AND THE BUS MAY REACH AT ANY TIME BETWEEN 11.00 PM.[25.3.2014] TO 4.00 A.M [26.3.2014]. HEARING THIS WE WERE SHOCKED AND MENTALLY WORRIED HOW TO PROCEED IN THE MIDNIGHT WITH OUR 6YRS OLD KID. SO WE WENT TO CANCEL THE TICKET IMMEDIATELY THROUGH NEARY BY BROWSING CENTRE [CYBER CAFE] OPP.TO SBI. BUT WHEN WE TRIED TO CANCEL THE TICKET “YOUR ONLINE SHOWED SERVER ERROR”. HENCE WE CONTACTED OUR COLLEAGUE AT CHENNAI TO CANCEL THE TICKET THROUGH ONELINE FROM THEIR END IE. CHENNAI.
THEY ALSO TRIED IMMEDIATELY AND ENDED IN VAIN. SUBSEQUENTLY THEY LODGED A COMPLAINT ID REF NO.############.
AGAIN WE CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE WITH SEVERAL NOS.04445674300, 01242876547[MR.KULDEEP], 18001038765[A.SHARMA], & 18001028747.
‘’YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ALSO ACCEPTED OUR COMPLAINT AND ACCEPTED THAT THE BUS OPERATOR GIVEN IN THE CONFIRMED MAIL IS NOT RESPONDING 09822777966. HENCE, WE REQUESTED TO ARANGE FOR BUS PROPERLY OR CANCEL THE TICKET , AS WE HAVE CAME FROM CHENNAI TO SHIRIDI. WE WERE FIGHTENED HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER TO PUNE TO CATCH THE FLIGHT AT 11.30AM [REPORTING TIME] ON 26.3.2014. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE REPLIED YOU HAVE TO PAY PENALTY OF RS. 1800/-. ON CANCELLATION OF TICKET.

IN SPITE OF OUR REPEATED REQUEST WITH YOUR CC NOS. AS ABOVE, THERE WAS NO REPONSE AT ALL TILL 9.00 PM. ON 25.03.2014. FINALLY I CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OVER PHONE AT 9.30 P.M. AND SPOKE TO YOUR MEN MR. A SHARMA WHO RESPONDED ME WELL BY GIVING TWO PHONE NOS.09200040007 & 9753519200 of another BUS OPERATOR. IN FRONT OF HIM [I ASKED HIM TO HOLD THE CALL AND TRIED OVER ANOTHER PHONE , THAT ONE WAS ALSO NOT RESPONDED AND IN ANOTHER NO. THE PERSON RESPONDED ASKED ME TO COME AND STAND IN FRONT OF SAI PARIVAS TRAVELS, [IN CHARGE OF PERSON TO WHOM WE CONTACTED AT 4.00PM. USED SOME UNPARLIAMENTARY WORDS WIHTOUT INFORMING THE TIME, ALLOTMENT OF SEAT [ENUSRE] ETC..]
UNDER THE AOVE CIRCUMSTANCES HOW WE FEEL SAFER TO TRAVEL ARRANGED BY YOUR MAKE MYTRIP.COM. HENCE WE TRAVELLED BY GOVT. BUS BY REACHING THE BUS STAND AT 4.30 A.M. SAFELY TO PUNE BY PAYING RS. 700/-.

After having such an awful incidence as stated above, we gently asked for cancellation. But your customer care people neither cancelled the ticket nor arranged for BUS. YOU IMAGINE IF WE HAVE REACHED THE DESTINATION GIVEN BY YOU AT 5.30.P.M. AS MENITIONED IN YOUR MAIL CONFIRMATION, WHAT WILL BE OUR POSITION TO REACH PUNE TO CATCH THE FLIGHT.
PLEASE REFUND ME THE BUS FARE OF RS.1800/- ONLY .
I HAD METNAL TENSION, HEARED UNPARLIMENTARY WORDS ETC…
KINDLY REUND WHAT I PAID TO YOU WITH IN A WEEK FROM THIS DATE.[27.2014], AS THE TOTAL FAULT WAS ONLY WITH YOUR MAKE MY TRIP. COM.
