Horrible customer grievance redressal

Had ordered a mc spicy paneer wrap on 31.10.19 through Zomato, the wrap had no paneer in it, only some bad lettuce and dollop mayonnaise....the sprite ordered along with also tasted bad...took up with both Zomato and McDonald's, sad to say neither of them cooperated, m yet to get a refund for the same. In fact Mcdonal's is still escalating the issue, i don't think have any plans of resolving the issue. Highly disappointed!

Burger caused indigestion

My children had chicken burgers yesterday (April 3rd 2012 )at McDonalds at Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Rd, children are having food poisoning, they are vomiting and also developed loose motions. Can the authorities take action on them?

Food Poisoning

This is to share about the terrible experience we had at McDonlads in Total Mall, Madiwala, Bangalore, India.

I and three of my friends had visited the above McDonalds outlet at about 1800 Hours on Sunday, 10th April 11, 2011. We ordered for two McSpicy Chicken two McSpicy Veggie meals. The two of us who had taken the Chicken dish have been affected with severe food poisoning.

We had been diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis after visiting Fortis Hospital, Banaglore today. Based on the symptom timelines and the fact that the only meal we consumed yesterday evening was at McDonalds, the cause was concluded to be because of the meat dish. We have been advised treatment with medication and specific diet for three to five days. Currently both of us are on Sick Leave until 12th Wednesday.

This was never expected from an international fast food chain like McDonalds. We have launched an official complaint with them highlighting the areas of concern like raw food materials, cooking and handling. We are waiting to see what remedial action and preventive measures are they taking in order to deal with the damages and avert such occurrences in future.
