No bus frequency

Bus no:95 is not frequent, we have to wait for about an hour for boarding this bus. Really having a tough time, please look into this issue before escalating it. I also spoke to the mtc bus complaints officer, but I didn't get any responsible answer from them. Please look into this issue, as soon as possible.

In site, every 7 mins they passing M70 but daily we have to wait 30 mins to one hour. it seems very difficult.

Bus delay

Bus No. 21G :people are needed to wait for more than 30mins for the arrival of bus. The scenario is that Either many buses come at the same time or no bus arrives for long time. It is difficult to predict the time of arrival.

Bus No 76 poor frequency

Very poor frequency bus No. 76. Commuters have to wait for about 30 min to 45 min during peak hours as the frequency is very poor. kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

Misbehaving to passengers

Misbehaving to passengers
17-05-2019.TN 01 AN-1918 Bus 583 bus Driver behaves Rudely. Driver didn't stop on many stops. Even Passenger from that stop ask him to stop the bus but he didn't. Then he locks the door an old man's leg stuck on it everyone tells to open the door but he scolding but not opened the door. It's not happened this time only it happened before also three men's stuck on the door. The conductor also not behaving properly. He only tells the driver to close the door.

Adyar to Tambaram (99) buses

There were almost 5 to 6 buses going back to back with less passengers after that we have to wait more than an hour for one bus which is very crowd. You have provide cut services form Sholinganallur to tambaram(99 cut). Y don't you provide adyar to Sholinganallur cut services?? or otherwise make proper timings for these buses which is going back to back. Need to increase more buses From Adyar to tambaram (99) bus in Peek hour.

Luggage charges in MTC bus

We were going to Mahabalipurm via Chinnai and got a bus from one station to another station to catch connecting bust to Mahabalipurm ..I was with my wife and kid . Shocking to hear bust conductor charges 6 tickets ,3 for us and 3 for luggage we were carring near our seats .. and no half ticket for my 6yr old kid. AP is much better than Chinnai in terms of bus fare and rules .

Buses not coming properly

Prolonged stoppage at DLF

Irrespective of many passenger’s request and earlier complaint, still the buses are kept stopping at DLF for prolonged period.
All the way from Tiruvallore to Chennai, I am getting irritated every day at this point as the body will be exhausted already at work and travel.
Those coming out of DLF campus are not layman and can go by taxi if they wish.
They can’t wait for few minutes or what….just for them the other passengers in the bus with dam tired need to wait.
It looks very bad to see the MTC buses longing in queue.
Buses are frequently plying in that route.
Assigning two or three staffs at that point to monitor this is additional waste and can utilize them for some other work.
Kindly take steps to enforce smooth operation of public service.

Bus Frequency is less

Bus from thambaram to thiruporur counts very less. Please increase the frequency or atleast make buses available till 11pm

Rude behavior of 570s driver

Even though the bus is full of crowd and the passengers are hanging on steps, the stupid nonsense irritating driver is closing the door and scolding us. Either he/conductor should not allow the passengers beyond the limit or he should open the door since he allowing more. That bloody driver is simply waste.

MTC Bus department,

Please give the proper training on how to behave to passengers for your drivers and conductors.

What I had is worst. Im just a mediator who passed the info from other person to ask driver to open the door. If he have guts, he should talk to the persons those who are in steps or he should tell them to come inside(notably there is no soace and as i said its full of crowd), why the hell he is scolding me and who gave rights to scold me.

If he is truly following the bus rules then it's should be in everything, not in just opening and closing the doors in every stops.

If you or yours/driver's/condutor's family members are traveling in bus and they are facing the problem in bus, will you people accept it.

Please take neccessary actions and provide proper trainings.

I had to travel from CMBT to Erukanchery and the ticket cost is 13Rs. I gave an amount of 20Rs to the conductor since I had no change. The bus conductor harshly said to give 3Rs change and get back 10Rs. I did not receive my money balance till my stop came . Just 2min before getting down I asked him my change and his response was so rude with imparliamentary and abusive words in front of all co-passengers. I wish Govt could take serious actions on him and other such cheap behaviours.

No stop perticularly 71E (0789) from Avadi depot

Respected sir,
The 71 E bus (0789) from Avadi Depot which plies on Monday, Wednesday and Friday never stops at pachaiyappa's. Rest of the 71 E stops at Pachaiyappa's. The bus driver and conductor never behaves with courtesy towards passengers. The conductor behaves rudely with passengers. Many passengers are emotionally getting affected. Kindly take necessary action.

No proper change is given

BUS NO: ANI 2390 heading towards cmbt from avadi. The conductor doesn't produce proper change after giving the ticket. When asked for change he is speaking harsh words to the passenger. Please kindly actions regarding this to reduce unwanted wastage of passenger's valuable money being looted by conductors.

Change of Bus Shelter

Respected Sir,
Request for change of Bus Shelter from MRC Nagar Signal Corner.
MRC Nagar Bus Shelter (towards Adyar) is located near to MRC Nagar Signal or we can even say almost at the signal corner only. Due to this ever time traffic jam is happening, even the signal is clear and general public coming in their transport is unable to pass through the signal and it is creating unnecessary traffic jam. Whereas stop shelter at opposite direction it is after the MRC Nagar signal and it is not creating hindrance to general public.
So I request your good office, kindly look in to the matter and do the needful by changing the Bus Shelter (Bus Stop) after the MRC Nagar signal.
By doing this traffic at the signal can avoided towards Adyar direction.
Saving in Resources is equal to small in spending. Kindly do the needful l pleasre

Halt Stopping City Bus for Food Randomly

The bus driver and conductor of the bus number 551 plying from Acharavakkam to Velachery stops in a village for their breakfast. This is causing unnecessary delay for commuters. This is not a long-distance bus for bus to be stopped for some recess.

Kindly advice against such unprofessional ethics of behaviour and provide healthy and hygienic food for the driver/conductors in the bus depots, so that they can serve the passengers with peace of mind and satisfaction.

It is really pathetic that such a government that is showing great amount of charity and kindness by installing few Amma Unavagam at odd places, can't provide quality food for all the bus drivers and conductors in the bus depots, so that they need not wander in search of decent food in the midst of their busy work and service for the people.

Kindly act with urgency and logical sense to help the drivers/conductors as well as serve the public at large. Please make sure that the bus is not stopped in the city randomly for bus drivers/conductors breakfast/lunch.

21G Peak Hours Failure

We have waiting in Quindy bus stop from 8 o'clock past 6 Months for 21G bus (Guduvanchery to Broadway bus), but no one vehicle didn't came timely and didn't came, there no time keeper 8am to 9am, thats why they are came late and take the vehicle to directly Quindy to Broadway, here we are waiting
bus, for metro train issue some times vehicle goes directly to beach road, bus didn't tern in the tollgate way, kindly let me know to us which time to whitch time vehicle goes to beach road side, small bit notice fix the bus glass it will help to all...kindly let me know to us 8am to 9am 21G bus route.

Indicipline conductor in 500 chengalpattu to tambaram route

7.7.2018 இரவு 10.10 மணிக்கு செங்கல்பட்டில் இருந்து புறப்பட்ட 500 Deluxe பேருந்தில் எனது தாய், தந்தை, இரண்டு சகோதரிகள், சகோதரியின் 1 வயது குழந்தை வந்தனர், சிங்கபெருமாள் கோயில் நிறுத்தம் தான்டியதும் நடத்துநரிடம் ஃபோர்டு நிறுத்தத்தில் இறங்க வேண்டும் என்று கூறியுள்ளனர், நடந்துணர் சரி என்று கூறி நிறுத்தத்தில் நிறுத்தாமல் சென்றதும் என் தந்தை நிருதுதங்கள் என்று கேட்ட பிறகு நிறுத்தத்தில் இருந்து தொலைவில் சென்று இருட்டில் பேருந்தை நிறுத்தினார், என் தந்தை ஏண் நிறுத்தவில்லை என்று கேட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்த பொழுதே தாய் மற்றும் சகோதரிகளை மட்டும் இறக்கி விட்டு கதவை மூடி தந்தையை இறக்காமல் சென்று விட்டனர், அவரை maraimalainagar நிறுத்தத்தில் இறக்கி விட்டுள்ளனர், பேசி கொண்டிருக்கும் போதே கிளம்பி சென்றதை கேட்டதற்கு, இறங்காமல் பேசி வாக்குவாதம் செய்தால் இப்படி தான் என்றும் உன்னால் ஒன்றும் செய்ய முடியாது என்றும் கூறியுள்ளனர், இருட்டில் பெண்களை இறக்கி விடுவது, இதை கேட்டால் அவர்களை அடுத்த நிறுத்தத்தில் இறக்குவது சரியா, இதுதான் அவர்களை நம்பி பேருந்தில் வரும் மக்களை நடத்தும் முறையா அந்த ஓட்டுநர் மற்றும் நடத்துநர் இருவரையும் கண்டிக்க வேண்டும், மறுமுறை இந்த தவறு நடகாமல் இருக்க உயர் அதிகாரிகள் உறுதி செய்யுமாறு கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்..

indiscipline behaviour of a Conductor in MTC Bus, Chenna

KORUKKUPET 32B BUS DRIVER AND CONDUCTORS DISCIPLINE VERY VERY VERY BAD SIEventhough the conductor had a bunch of change in his hands and huge in his bag, he asked me to provide exact change. I have humbly expressed that I usually provide exact change and travel and however, it was very unfortunate to not having that time.

The Conductor got angry and used unparliamentary word in front of other passengers to scold me. Moreover, he has not provided me the balance Rs.5.00 even he has plenty of change with him. I have asked them to provide the change and later he provided.

He shouted in bus that this M45 is a non-sense route and his higher officials have forced him to do service on that route. He also blamed the Transport Authorities for the same.

As there is a grievance between that conductor and the Management, which is purely official, the Conductor used me and other passengers to release his angry, which is not acceptable.

This made me mental agony by recollecting the abused word he used in front of other passengers, for many hours.

I request you to motivate discipline among MTC staff and to inform that passengers are paying for their service and not traveling at free of cost. They should know manners and behaviour including using disciplined words and behavior during duty.

Please ensure to introduce a system of MTC employees wear neat uniform with clean shaven and name batches during their duty. Some Conductors are using Whatsapp in cell during their duty time in buses, and forget the stopping to stop properly.

As I have traveled neighbor states like Karnataka and Kerala etc., the staffs are neat and polite in behavior and words. I expect some positive changes in MTC system and employees soon, comparing with other State Transportation staff and system.

It is time to change and adopt the new system as the next generation moves fast towards future and expectation.

naan korukkupet 32B all 32B bus so many tome late always உள்ள பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்தில்bus ku காத்துக்கொண்டிருந்தேன் அப்பொழுது அங்கு ஒரு government பஸ் one before 9.10 come but driver and conductor not there some passenger நின்று கொண்டிருந்தது, so many time late that bus not start ,அப்பொழுது அந்த பேருந்து நடத்துனர் வண்டி சீக்கிரம் கிளம்பி விடும் ஏறிக்கொள்ளுங்கள் என்று சொன்னார்,நானும் ஏறி விட்டேன் சுமார் 25 நிமிடங்களாக வண்டி கிளம்பவேயில்லை,ஒவ்வொருவராக வண்டியில் ஏற்றி கொண்டிருந்தனர்,கையில் டிக்கெட்டையும் கொடுத்து விட்டார்.அலுவலகத்திற்கு அவசரமாக கிளம்ப வேண்டிய காரணத்தால் ,ஒரு முறை நடத்துனரிடம் எப்போ பஸ் கிளம்பும் என்று தான் கேட்டேன் அதற்க்குள் அவர் என் கையில் இருந்த டிக்கெட்டை என்னிடமிருந்து பிடுங்கி கொண்டு,நீ ஆட்டோ பிடிச்சு போ என்று மிகவும் கீழ்த்தரமாக நடந்து கொண்டார்,ஒரு சக பயணி நடத்துனரிடம் பேருந்தின் புறப்படும் நேரம் குறித்து கேட்டதில் என்ன தவறு இருக்கிறது,நான் அவரிடம் இப்படி நடந்து கொண்டது முறையாகுமா?உங்களோட பெயர் என்ன என்று கேட்டதற்க்கு அதெல்லாம் சொல்லமுடியாது நீ இறங்கி போ என்று சொல்லிவிட்டார்.பயணிகளுடன் கனிவாக நடந்து கொள்ளுமாறும்,பொறுப்பாக பதிலளிக்குமாறும் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்,இத்தகைய செயலால் அலுவலகத்திற்கும் தாமதமாகி ,மனதளவில் பாதிக்கப்பட்டது தான் முடிவாக கிடைத்தது எனக்கு.please clear this problem always this problem irukku office ku daily late than poga vendirukku conductor romba kevalama pesuranga periyavangla
