First class tavelling

In the 6:18 train semi-fast local at thane..we have repeatedly noticed people with second class ticket travelling in the first class compartment both ladies & general compartment in the middle section. Inspite of reminding the people, the travelers end up arguing and continue to travel. Strict action should be taken with TC visits.

tubelights not working

I travel from ghatkopar to byculla everyday and in central line the tube lights in train are not working due to which in day time also it's very dark inside the train. Many times most of the tube lights are flickering. Request you to please check all coaches lights. As now monsoon will also come and then also if the situation is like this then a person will feel suffocating inside the train.fans and ventilations are also not giving air only making noise

Railway Employees travelling in reserved compartments

Indian Railway isn't punishing their own Employees who are guilty of travelling in reserved compartments
Everyday hundreds of Railway employees living at far off places like Pune, Lonavala, Ulhasnagar, Thane, Karjat, Kalyan, etc... board reserved AC and Non AC passenger long distance journey trains which are meant for general public as they want to avoid the peak hour rush. Why isn't the railway not punishing them? If they have a local train pass, how can they board a reserved compartment of any express train? I have seen them chatting with the TC and nobody is doing anything about it. People are booking 3 months in advance to get a reservation and why should they adjust by sitting with these people? I was travelling on 16/12/15 from Mumbai to Kolhapur and as you can see below is the picture of a railway employee who was sitting in the reserved compartment travelling with a local pass. Before teaching the general public about rules indian railway should teach their own employees about it. Punish them by charging a penalty or imprisonment as you do to others....

There is too much crowed to get train from kurla station for panvel .you just cannot inter in the train

worst travelling

As all we know about the population in Mumbai goes on increasing day by day, most of the people prefer local train for day to day life now it becomes a lifeline. Due to this railway is heavily crowded and therefore travelling in that rush is the worst condition in local. boarding, leaving the train is like a world war everyday we had been suffering. now a days roaming with family becomes a dram only we have tired of fighting abusing in trains. there should be some solution asap, we want govt. to do something for us.
we have complaint chart from people. i hope you will take some strong steps towards the new future.
