Good Morning team,

Its 6 am and I am writing this message out of utmost helplessness and nuisance. I have neighbours who live just above my flat. They have plenty of street dogs whom they have pet which is a good thing to do however, they don’t know how to pet a pet which is the whole issue. They leave their dogs open in the morning at 5 and they start barking very rigorously which affects mine and my family’s sleep everyday and this story continues everyday and has been going on since the past few months. We have tried talking to them however, they never listen. I do night shifts and am not able to sleep because of these dogs. Please do something about this.
