I bought a Nokia 5 on 24 September 2017.IMEI no-357278082934820.My new ph would not work properly next 2 day.so. I go Nokia service centre in barrackpore and request them for replacement but they have not any help and return me.please help me for my new phone replacement.

mobile not took for repair

I have purchased Nokia 230 dark silver one month before. Yesterday (16.06.2016) it got repaired. so I approached the nearest Nokia care centre, Pondicherry where i was redirected to approach the seller since the said mobile having replacement warranty. but the seller refused my claim and sent back to Nokia care centre. So please take action against the Nokia care, No 13, Kamaraj Salai, Near Aircel Tower, Pakkamudayan Pet. Pondicherry- 605005.and pave way for rectifying my grievances.

not responding

i booked service to my Mobile LUMIA535 on October 12th, 2015. till i didnt get any phone call from NOKIA CARE, Tirupati. Ok leave it.... I Call many of many times to Nokia care nobody can take my call.... directly iwent to care and i asked the same question y ur not taking calls their answers are:
1. this is not my duty
2. we are busy
3. our phone is not working properly
4. dont call us and come directly
5. give complaint anyware
with indiscipline manner anwers.....

Phone Not Charging

Hi,

I bought a Nokia Lumia 535 on 31st December 2014 and from past 3 weeks my phone is not charging properly, it gets switched off again and again the moment I put my phone on charging.
I visited Nokia Care Borivali West and they told me it is a software issue and they updated my phone software, however I told them clearly I am not facing any software issue rather it is a hardware issue as my phone is not charging but they never took it seriously.
I am still facing the same issue as software update never resolved my problem.

It's very unprofessional attitude of the service center store guys they don't listen to customers, highly disappointed with them.

Please provide me an appropriate solution for this.

Nokia care center cheating

Am using nokia 1320 mobile.
I had problem with charging unit. I have visited near by Nokia care centre located in RT Nagar Bangalore.

When I went for the first I forgot to get the bill. They have checked online and told your warranty period got over and your charging unit got damaged we need to replace the board itself it will cost around 3000rs. But I told them I have 2 weeks to end the warranty. They were not agreed. Next day I took the bill and showed them; then they by mistake we have informed. I got serviced (replaced the board as per them) the mobile. Exactly after two weeks I got the same problem by that time warranty got over.

When I took my mobile they told again it is the same problem (without opening the mobile) and now ur warranty got over you have to spend 3000 rs. I fought wth them but they not agreed.

When I explained the problem to one of my friend (he does all kind of mobile servicing) he told me no need to replace the board we can replace only the connector ( but as them they told connector is inbuilt with board). I have searched google as well then I came to know there connectors available for Nokia 1320. Simply get rs 3000rs from my pocket they are doing this kind of cheat act. Pls be carefull with Nokia care centre in RT Nagar located opposite to the ground.

Service related complain

Dear Sir,

I have purchased NOKIA 640 ,IMEI number -352381032290661.after 4 month i found that SIM slot is not working properly.
i visited service center to resolve this problem FOC basis,none of the service center has repaired it
My query is,it has to be repair free because it is in warranty.

LUMIA 720 USB Pin broken

Hi,
Greetings.
I am using Lumia 720 for last 11 months without any issues. For the couple of weeks, the charger was not working well. One of my colleague told that there could be some dust in the USB pin and could prevent the charging and advised to take it to the nearest NOKIA CARE.

Today, I went to NOKIA CARE which is located in Chrompet, Chennai to check on this. The technician told that the pin is broken and would charge Rs 950 and need 5 days to fix the issue. I checked them whether it would cover on the warranty. She told that the broken item will not be cover under Warranty. I was shocked. I didn't break the Pin and how would be possible that it would be broken automatically?

In our family, we are using Lumia 520, 720 and 1520. No one reported any issues so far. If the pin is broken, it could be quality of the pin and it should be serviced with the free of cost and not on the customer's head.

I bought this product on 2nd January 2014 and would expire by 1st January 2015. Please guide me to resolve the issue on or before 1st January 2015.

PATHETIC SERVICE & HARASSMENT BY NOKIA TEAM - NOKIA lumia 1520

Dear Nokia,

This is with reference to the complaint (5th) raised by me pertaining to freezing/battery backup issue/mobile and battery heating up/automatic phone restart/flight mode automatic activation/phone freezing or hanging for 3-4 hours. (Job Sheet Number 552504867/140901/043)

Currently the phone is with the service centre since 10/10/2014. Earlier was given on 01/09/2014 for same issues.

Additionally I have raised a online complaint number ############on 12/09/2014 & ############on 18/10/2014.

Unfortunately I have not received any replies or satisfactory conclusion of my complaints.

I feel that with the miniscule share held by Nokia in the market such high handedness of loyal customers is a suicidal and moronic attitude.

I believe Microsoft is waxing platitudes about making the best smartphones along with world class customer service. However my experience especially in the customer service department has been abysmal. Since last few months my Lumia 1520 has been unusable. Despite remaining under warranty the service has been pathetic and more.

The store manager (Mr Sumit) of Nokia Care Centre (Hadapsar) and Miss Kalpana (Delhi Customer Care Department) have been of no help at all despite my explaining the situation to them repeatedly.

This is a waste of my time and resources and has led to no progress. With so many complaints I believe a complete replacement of my unit is in order.

I want a quick resolution of my case or I will be forces to look into legal options and Nokia will have lost a loyal customer for life.

Every loyal customer you loose has an effect on your market share which is far from stellar.

PATHETIC SERVICE/EXPERIENCE FROM SERVICE CENTER

Hi,

I've purchased Nokia Lumia 720 from Flipkart in the month of Sept. 2013 and till Feb 25th of 2014 it was working fine and suddenly some lines appeared on the display/screen. I visited nearby Nokia Authorized service center (collection center) which is located in Chennai (old no: 75, new no: 151, Broadway, Chennai- 6000108) on the same day and I shocked when they informed that it'll take 25 business days to rectify the issue. Since I don't have any other option I submitted the handset over there on 26-02-2014 (No scratches/damage, it is in warranty and satisfies all warranty terms). They have also gave one standby handset after 2-4 days.

After a long follow up from my side and wrong commitments from service center, I got it back on 01-04-2014. I was checked all functionalities, but didn't notice BIG SCRATCH ON THE TOP LEFT CORNER of the handset. After 5 mins I came to know about the scratch on that and visited the service center again immediately. Since I didn't notice that before leaving the service center, they were refusing and arguing with me and they are saying that same scratch was there when I submitted it.

There are 3 persons in the service center (Mr. Kuppuswami, Mr. Ponvel and Mr. Saravanan) and they don't know how to even treat the customer. I NEVER EXPECTED THAT KIND OF PATHETIC RESPONSE /SERVICE FROM A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE. All of them are shouting at me and blaming me and also don't have the common manners also.

I didn't take any pics while submitting the handset and didn’t check it's condition when I collected it from there. That is the mistake I have done. According to you it could be a small case under thousands of handsets/issues as a customer it is the only handset for me and even it is a small scratch it is a major issue for me.

MY HUMBLE REQUEST IS EDUCATE THEM HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER AND DON'T DO LIKE THIS TO ANY OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS.

I have a complaint against Nokia Service Center. I've sent the following mail to them. Please go through the mail to know the nature of my grievance.


I've purchased a Nokia E63 on first week of December 2009. By the end of September 2010 I was having severe problems with my set - it became very slow and sometimes unresponsive, and stopped working one day. I submitted my phone to Infotel Services, 1 Ekdalia Road, Kolkata 700019. The executive out there saw the set and told that your set is within the warranty period but if we found liquid your warranty will be terminated and you have to pay for the repair. She took it to the engineer while i stood outside after 1 hrs she came and said that liquid was inside and the warranty stands cancelled and for the repair i have to pay out 3700/- bucks. I agreed because without mobile all my work would be hampered. The defect was tranreceiver was not working and display was damaged due to insertion of liquid. hey handed me job sheet no.(not remembered) nd asked me to come on 23.10.2010 to take the set. As stated i went to NOKIA CARE on 23.10.2010, but a lady on the delivery section told that the set is not ready and they will inform me when it is ready. They never called me up but I constantly visited them but the person on the other end always told that they will call when the set is ready. I was very unsatisfied with the status of my phone and tried to express my concern to the Center Manager, Mr. Abhijit Chatterjee. But I am really sorry to say that he has a very irritating and unhelpful attitude. All I wanted was an email-id through which I can officially communicate my grievance and concern to Nokia. Today i.e. 28.12.2010 I received my set which was not repaired and more over the most horrible thing that has happened to my set is that my keypad and battery is not working at all when the set was in their custody. Before delivering the the to the care the key pad was smoothly working and the battery was in good condition.
Finally, I would really like to know who gave Nokia the authority to waste their customers valuable time and energy. I have frustration and hatred towards Nokia. It might be that Nokia does not care about after sale service or is simply not interested in helping their customers out, but please let me know such policies so that at least in future I'll know what to expect from Nokia.

I can state from my viewpoint this is bringing an bad name for NOKIA because they are associated with this. This is a bitter experience for me and never in my life I will buy any NOKIA products, and i will tell all my known people to be away from NOKIA. If you can please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Also mail me back on this as soon as possible, as I would really like to know whether Nokia seriously believes in helping out their customers or not.

They never called but i constantly called on a single number40076900 which was provided in the jobsheet, but the person on the other end always told that they will call when the set is ready. Today is 24.08.2010, till now i havent received my set back and not even a call from infotel stating why this delay.

I can state from my viewpoint this is bringing an bad name for NOKIA because they are associated with this. This is a bitter experience for me and never in my life I will buy any NOKIA products, and i will tell all my known people to be away from NOKIA. If you can please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Hi,

I've purchased a Nokia E75 [ESN/IMEI Number : 356855022766635] on first week of October 2009.

By the end of May 2010, I was having severe problems with my set - it became very slow and sometimes unresponsive, and stopped working one day. I submitted my phone to Infotel Services, 1 Ekdalia Road, Kolkata 700019. Assigned Job sheet number was 265504886/100601/35. The phone was returned to me the next day after upgrading the software and everything seemed fine.

On 15th August, 2010 the camera in the phone stopped working, camera button was not working. Additionally I noticed that battery standby time was decreasing day-by-day, and the phone was getting hang every now and then. I again submitted my phone on 18th August,2010 to Infotel Services, 1 Ekdalia Road, Kolkata 700019. Assigned Job sheet number was 265504886/100818/48. I was very unsatisfied with the status of my phone and tried to express my concern to the Center Manager, Mr. Abhijit Chatterjee. But I am really sorry to say that he has a very irritating and unhelpful attitude. All I wanted was an email-id through which I can officially communicate my grievance and concern to Nokia. He point-blankly refused to give me any email-id and all I got from him was a phone number +919836000002 which he said was of his RM. I called up RM and he asked me to sms him the current job sheet number, which I did promptly.

I was given a call on 19th August, 2010 and was informed that my set was ready to be delivered. Upon delivery, when i connected the battery the set did not work.They took the phone away and informed me that only the OS was re-installed, and I need to wait for half-an-hour more so that they can again re-install the software. I think NOKIA SHOULD PROPERLY TRAIN THEIR SUPPORT STAFF TO NOT TO FORGET THE BASICS LIKE CHECKING THE PHONE AFTER AN UPDATE OR WHATEVER SERVICING THEY DO, ONLY TO ENSURE THAT THAT PHONE ACTUALLY WORKS WHEN THE TECHNICIANS CLAIM THAT THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED. This whole process took 1:30 hours, with no positive result in the end. I informed them that I'll come back tomorrow to collect the set. After that I tried to call up RM who didn't receive my call, and very conveniently forgot to call me back after that.

I went to Nokia service center today at around 6:15pm and handed them the job sheet to collect my phone. Even after waiting almost an hour, there was no update or absolutely no one in the center showed me the courtesy to inform me the status. Eventually I was very angry and demanded that my set to be given back to me as I've lost all faith on Nokia and it's authorized Service centers. It was then, almost after an hour, I was informed that the set would be send to Delhi and I can only expect a delivery on/after 3rd September,2010.

Under the circumstances, I have the following questions and I demand an immediate reply from you on this.

1. After buying a high end set [I bought the set for Rs 23000] why should I suffer so much, and that too within warranty period? Nokia as a brand name has always been a big player, and I confess that I did have a fascination on Nokia phones. But I'm really sorry to say that compared to such a big name as Nokia, I feel even street side vendors are more cooperative.

2. I want to officially register a complaint against Center Manager of Infotel Services, 1 Ekdalia Road, Kolkata 700019. I'm really sorry to say that he is not at all competent as Center Manager, and THE WAY HE HANDLES AGGRIEVED CUSTOMERS IS NOT AT ALL SUITABLE FOR NOKIA.

3. I want an immediate status update on when I can really expect to get my phone back and what are the steps that are being taken to rectify the problems with my handset.

4. I will also need an escalation matrix with phone numbers and email-id's for these sort of events. I've already called up 03330303838 and a complaint was registered [Complaint No: ############]

5. Finally, I would really like to know who gave Nokia the authority to waste their customers valuable time and energy. For the past three days I've been visiting this center for almost 1:30 hours everyday, only to come back with more frustration and hatred for Nokia. It might be that Nokia does not care about after sale service or is simply not interested in helping their customers out, but please let me know such policies so that at least in future I'll know what to expect from Nokia.

Please mail me back on this as soon as possible, as I would really like to know whether Nokia seriously believes in helping out their customers or not.
