PAN card not recived

Dear sir,

I have applied for reprint of my pan card vide acknowledgement number 881031208730061 Dt 31-12-2016. I got one mail on 20-01-17 from tin "id proof is not clear" then again i have sent my id proof through speed post on 30-01-17 vide speed post reference number EU764519985IN and it was deliver at tin office on dt 02-02-17. Now till dated the status of my pan card application not changed and no action taken by tin or nsdl. Please look into this and issue my pan card urgently. Attaching speed post tracking screen shot for your reference.

I have filed an application (194819700004016) for new PAN Card Allocation for my mother on 20th Feb 2017. It's about to 50 days and no response from NSDL recieved on this. When I checked online tracking it is on the same status for about a month.

Unable to understand the delay as concerned applicant has never applied for PAN card in her past and doesn't own any PAN number.

I have sent multiple Emails also on their official email ID "[email protected]" but seems no one takes care.

Can you escalate it and spread across the channels to make some pace on this.

Procrastination in PAN CARD dispatching

I had applied/requested for Changes Or Correction in PAN Data for PAN Allotted on 14th Feb 2017 using e-sign mode in which I made the online payment. It is said that no need to submit physical documents if you are using e-sign mode because scanned copy of the physical documents is taken already through this mode. But after some days I checked my PAN CARD status it said
"We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest."
Then I sent my physical documents through speed post also. But my PAN CARD status remained same for next 1 month. Then, I made a complaint on this forum on March 15, 2017, and next day itself they changed my PAN CARD status and sent me a mail which said
" We have received your PAN application documents for above application on March 16, 2017. These documents will be subject to verification and the status of verification will be intimated to you by e-mail."
Then again this status remained for next one month and no further action had been taken place. So, I again made a complaint on this forum on April 2, 2017(yesterday) and on again next day(today) they sent me a mail which says
"We have received your PAN application documents for above application on April 03, 2017. These documents will be subject to verification and the status of verification will be intimated to you by e-mail."
In short, they are just procrastinating the process. Last time I complained about it, they said they received the documents on March 16, 2017, and after their idleness and no further processing in my PAN CARD dispatching, I again made a complaint on this forum and on very next day they sent me mail which said they received the documents on April 3, 2017(different date from the previous one). Can they please explain this?
I have attached JPG files of both the emails which I got, having different dates for receiving same documents.

Delay in dispatching PAN CARD

It's been more than a month since I applied for the PAN change request but I haven't got any update for that. I had sent the Acknowledgement letter with the necessary documents. About after 1 month, my PAN card status was as follows:

We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at 020 - 27218080

Then I decided to make a complaint and I made it on this forum. Thereafter they changed my status to:

We have received the documents with reference to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'. Your application is under process with NSDL

and again, it's been more than 1 month after the latter status but they haven't dispatched my PAN CARD yet.

PAN Card Not Received

I have applied for a reprint of PAN card in Feb 2017.

Still my status says We have received the documents with reference to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'. Your application is under process with NSDL.

Please help me here. I need Pan card badly in order to open any Account or applying a Loan.

Please sent the PAN CARD at the earliest.

Pan Not Yet Updated

Dear sir,

I have submitted application for Pan name change of my wife vide applicatipn no: N-099279700388621 with NSDL ON 12TH DEC 2016 but till date same is not updated mentioning insufficient documents submitted.

I called at 01123529580 and spoked with Mr. Abhiral Gupta who confirmed that same will be processed at earliest as they are having huge work load. I have already submitted all enquired documents.

But till date same is not updated. Please help.

Fraud/ Scam Activities

On 16th January, 2017, I had applied PAN Card through their new EKYC Services they deduct the amount of RS 117.35/-, but i haven't received OTP for authentication, then after 3 attempts the message showed that "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days" , then further ON 21st January, 2017, again i applied PAN Card through same process and they again deducted the amount of RS 117.35/-, but again i didn't received OTP for authentication, then again after 3 attempts the message showed that "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days" , then i waited for 7 days, after 7 days when i didn't received the refund i called on NSDL customer care number, they said, mail your query, you will recieve your refund shortly. Then i immediately mailed all detials with my bank statement in which it is clearly showed that amount of Rs 117.35 on 16th jan, 2017 and amount of Rs 117.35 on 21st jan, 2017 had been debited but haven't credited till date, after that i waited for 48 hours but no reply came, then i called NSDL customer care number then they said," because of high number of PAN applications your refund is getting delayed, don't worry you will get your refund very soon" then after few days when i didn't got refund i again mailed my query with detail and also called on customer care but i got same answer i.e., " you will get your refund very soon", then again afer few days i called and Mr. Ganesh picked the call and i told him every detail then he said you will surely get refund with in 24 hours or you will get 100% reply that what problem is occuring to processing your refund, but no refund , no reply camed from NSDL, then again
i continue making calls and mails to get my money refund, and hearing all their excuses and sayings, sometime they say that tell your all mails date, sometimes they say mail us again, NSDL Customer care members are making fun of me and my problem, i remembered some of thier names Mr Ganesh, Mr Sohail, Mr. Sharad. Then ON 8th March, 2017 i called NSDL customer care and the person transffered my call to Mr. Sharad and he asked my bank account no. and date of deduction, and said that in 48 hours you will get reply from us, but no reply received from NSDL, then on 15th March, 2017 i called on customer care number then Mr. Sohail picked call and start making excuses then i requested to transfer my call to Mr. Sharad and they did then Mr. Sharad again asked my bank detail and again said that you will get reply or refund within 48 hours. I am not getting why they are doing fraud with common peoples
TODAY 15TH MARCH, 2017 (2 MONTHS) HAD GONE BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVED REFUND, AND I HAVE WASTED ARROUNT 100 RS ON PHONE CALLS FOR REFUND OF RS 234.70/- BUT STILL THEIR ANSWER IS SAME I.E., YOU WILL GET REPLY OR REFUND WITHIN 48 HOURS,
- NSDL CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLES ARE MAKING FRAUD WITH CUSTOMERS
- MR. SHARAD, MR. GANESH, MR. SOHAIL, CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF NSDL ARE NOT SOLVING ISSUES THEY ONLY MAKING FUN OF CUSTOMERS.

Hello,
I have applied for PAN card on 15th March 2017 through esign methid of online mode over NSDL website.All payments have been done online. In final step my adhar authentication is not suceessful it display adhar not authenticate. because the adress in my adhar card is vary from the documents which i uploaded for a proof as a supporting documents.how will i correct it and i have not received any details from NSDL website on my mail id and mobile number. please send any suggestion

Not yet updated the status even after sending the documents

I have sent the supporting documents to NSDL on March 2nd. But while checking the status it is showing as below

We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. PAN undelivered due to insufficient address

Status showing Documents not Received

I have applied for Pan Card -CR using NSDL Website and posted required documents through speed post (tracking number:EK279458949IN). Documents reached NSDL last week but still documents were not uploaded for further processing.

There is no response for my emails,please do the needful here.

PAN card generation delay

My PAN acknowledgemnet no is N881060153493273.
I had applied for PAN card on 06/01/2017. After(approx 40 days) i recieved the mail stating to send date of birth proofs.
I sent it via email and SPEED POST(which got delivered on 18th february).Sir please process the PAN card(at least generate my PAN number ) as soon as possible .As i am selected for a job and i need to show it within 2-3 days.

sir please please please process as soon as possible as i need my PAN card(at least the PAN number) urgently.

I Cannot Download the Acknowledge Form

I just Applied For Pan Card Through Online...Done Payment through net banking After that i cannot get the Acknowledge form its not showing anything.

Even i got a mail after applying pancard ... the links to donwload my acknowledge form and receipt you sent to me are corrupted but luckily i have the acknowledgement number that u sent in the mail.

When i tried to track my pancard through here -https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/servlet/PanStatusTrack

It is showing "Your application is under process at NSDL. You may contact NSDL on (020) 27218080"

I Dont know what to do now ...How to download this Form Can Anyone Help me?



Note :- I did logged out and logged in ( tried several times) to generate and print the form but the result is same.

Delay in Pan card.

I had applied for PAN on 24 Jan 2017.
But whenever I checked the status it's showing "Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center."
And it's giving a number to call 01123529580.
Whenever I called either it's busy or if ranged then no one is there on the other side.



Kindly look After the matter.
It's such a poor service the wrost of wrost services.

This is santosh Singh I'm talking in concerns with the fails registration for PAN cand which I have applied on 20 of January 2017 and after showing failure of registration. It was mention that you will get your money back within 7 days now its 8th day including that day.
So please I request u to refund the amount in my account.
The amount deducted was Rs =116 which was deducted for PAN card registration which late shows failure of registration but amount was deducted
So again writing please refund it by tomorrow
