The Parking staff at Chennai airport are thieves. I had gone to drop my gandparents to the airport at Chennai. We needed Wheel chair assistance and Omega enterprises representative (Mr. Ganesha) locked the car wheel. Upon requesting he said he doesnt care. Firstly, without a parking ticket he is not allowed to be locking vehicles. There is no sense of respect and they behave like goons. kindly, take action against them and appoint some sensible staff or at least staff who understand concerns.

I am working in Airasia india as a groundstaff in chennai Kamarajar Domestic Terminal today i was harassed by the Omega Enterprises they are handling two wheeler and four wheeler parkings in chennai airport I asked the parking staff to renew a monthly pass for this month amount was Rs250 but she was asked me Rs500 for the monthly pass i asked why Rs500 its Rs250 only she said including last month you need to pay Rs500.I said i cannot able to pay for the next month but i can pay for this month Rs250 or else you need to pay for Rs 25 for two hours for eight hours you need to pay Rs100 for the token i have spoken to their supervisors and managers but they forced me to pay for that amount and they harassed me in verbal if you dont pay the amount means you should not park the vehicle here you park the vehicle outside of the airport.
For passengers and visitors also they are charging extra amount like for passenger one hour RS25 for two wheeler and for cars Rs50.If the parking are maintained properly and proper shed means ok but no shed no maintenance, they are telling that if vehicles or theft or missings means they are not responsible for this .We are facing this issues daily ,kindly do the needful for the staffs and the passengers.
