Agreement no. Not accepted at 7-11, western union and bayad center

Updated ako nagbabayad nang bill ko sa aeon ngayong april 3 nagkaroon nang problema nung nagbayad ako sa 7-11, bayad center, western union ayaw daw tanggapin yung agreement no. ko lagi ko sya sinusubukang bayaran kasi kala ko sira lng system nang aeon tumatawag din ako sa aeon hotline pero walang sumasagot hanggang ngayong april 15 nagtry ulit ako bayaran ganun padin ayaw paring tanggapin agreement no. ko tapos nagdown load ako nang aeon phillippines mobile para macheck ko yung remaining balance ko nagulat ako na yung babayaran ko ngayong april may penalty na bakit ganon di ko naman kasalanan na ayaw tanggapin yung agreement no. ko wala naman sumasagot sa hotline nio di ako papayag na mag suffer ako nang penalty sana masagot ang concern ko asap salamat...

MY FIRST and MY LAST

this is to complain a man from home credit who called me alot of times for my credit this is the number 09989691023 january 31, 2019, they have no right to tell me that i will be on a bad record, i will pay, i will not run,,, what kind of staff is nuisance to a customer... you should teach your staff to be courteous and when customer asks adjustment they should not speak as if they own all companies in the world to tell me that when i will be promoted my record will what??????? who is that
