DEBARRED FROM EXAM
I had applied for OSSC (small savings and finance inclusion officer -4569-2020) in 2020 ,I got hall ticket too. Due to some reasons I couldn't attempt the exam. Apply for next post i.e. , for OSSC ( COMBINE GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION ) 2021 I am getting information like " You are debarred candidate. You cannot apply for any Recruitment Commission/Board of Govt. of Odisha" during registration. I don't understand why I'm getting such error message without attending exam. Please solve my problem.
