My Paytm number is 8653865 363 I had transferred an amount of rupees 2748 to the customer account on 4th June please see the the reference screenshot of successful message i received from Paytm ,but still the customer didn't receive the amount. Many times I had contacted Paytm customer care but they are asking the settlement of that receiver ,I had checked personally his Paytm account he didn't received the amount in his account. My query is when I am going to customer care they are asking the settlement of the receiver why he will give the settlement copy,In my screenshot there is a customer mobile number mentioned and his name also mention please check his account and clarify yourself that the amount is credited in his account or not, instead of asking the receivers settlement ,if this time the issue will not resolve I will take it to the high level, once refer the screenshot the customer number and check whether he is credited or not and revert back to me ,Do this as soon as possible

I'm sahithi yallamelli on August 11 I transfered 20,000 rupees through paytm. Though transaction failed my money deducted from my account. I approached my bank and paytm sevices . Paytm services said that money will resend within 2 days and bank said whole responsibility belongs to paytm. My money is not yet back

On 28th March 2018, afternoon I got call from PAYTM mall Cust Care. thru phone number 090628 57787.

They said that my registered mobile number 9490971441 with PAYTM has won a lucky prize and I need to select anyone prize amongst the four prizes. Copy of their SMS is given below.

Paytmmall.com congratulations your name have been selected for one assured gift.

1. Dell inspiron laptop 16 inch. 2.sony bravia led tv 40 inch. 3.Blue star 1.5 Ton 5 Star.
4.Apple iphone 6s plus. 5. Lg refrigerator 420 Ltr Dubble Door.for further call..(09062857787)

Later they asked me to order items worth 4000/- from PAYTM mall. I went to PAYTM mall website and selected few items worth 4202/-. They asked me details of each item I selected. Later they asked me to pay the amount thru PAYTM wallet. I opened my PAYTM app on my mobile and then they asked Me to pay to a PAYTM bank account number

I typed the bank account number and the amount plus some charges totalling Rs.4333.09 were deducted from my wallet.

Later in evening I sat on my system and came to know that this is the ongoing FRAUD.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO REVERSE THIS PAYMENT FROM THE ABOVE MENTIONED PAYTM BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER AND HELP ME OUT.


My concern is that, PAYTM has leaked my data to them as the fraudsters have my address, phone numbers and my recent orders with PAYTM.

Please accept my request and do the needful so that I get my amount at the earliest. I belong to middle class family and have loans to clear.

When I am trying to connect to the Paytm by using the numbers given in the "Help and Support" blog, None of the numbers are getting option to connect to the customer service executive to talk and explain about our problem. So please do take necessary action.

On 19-11-2017 morning I has booked tickets for the movie khaki S1 jagadamba theater in Visakhapatnam using my UBI bank debit card through Paytm.
