RE:Fraud Transaction


Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the dispute process.

Fraud Transaction

Sub: Fraud Transaction

Dear Sir,
I am using Punjab National Bank account at branch Name Khanyara, Tehsil Dharamsala, District Kangra (Himachal Pradesh).But on Dated and Time 13.12.2017, morning 09:30:20 and 09:40:02 AM I have a Fraud Payments on my Account.
I got call from (+917432059002) this number and they said I am calling from Delhi and Your Aadhar No.is not resisted in your Bank account and I am a Bank Person so please cooperate and I did what ever he want .He asked at least three time for TOP .
After some time he have done Payments of INR 5,000 (09:40:02) and 9,998 (09:35:40).
Please see below Transaction Details and do the needful for Credit.
