It has been two months are passed we requesting for list of documents and fore closure letter to PNB housing finance. as PNB housing finance has cheated us and charging high rate of interest we wish to change the bank but they are not providing necessary documents and taking advantage of our property documents are with them and also their behavior is looks like threatful. so we want to change bank as early as possible.

I have applied for home loan in pnbhfl hou /pm/0217/357023 almost 3 month back and yet it was not santioned. This is my 2 nd complaint but yet no action was taken from their side after my 1 st complaint a person from pnbhfl call me and told me we sanctioned your loan whithin a weak but again they was not given a sanction and gives a foolish reason for delay like system was down, team lead not in office. and now the situtation is no one responds to my calls. Please return my processing fee
