Account blocked due to wrong password

I am a Post Office Agent in Post Office,Samana. My login id is DOP.MI1471010100005 but when i try to login at www.dopagent.indiapost.gov.in with my login Id and Password, it shows unsuccessful attempts. After 10 unsuccessfull attempts the id gets locked and a message appears to contact the branch. I am sure the password i am using is correct but still the account gets locked. Also there is no option to reset the password. I contacted the Post office, Samana regarding my problem of login, but they are not providing any positive response to my problem. They assured me that they will file a complaint regarding my problem, but it has been 15 days there is no response from the post office. I need to file a LOT amount of my customers but i am unable to do this because of the problem in my ID.I tried contacting the branch again for the problem, but there response was not satisfying as if they were ignoring my problem. They even don't provide any way of how the problem will be solved. Instead of sorting out the problem they misbehave with me. I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of the staff in the post office. Please solve the login problem in my DOP ID as soon as possible, as there is penalty of late LOT amount. Also do ask the employees of the Post office to deal softly with the public. My email id is [email protected] Please Please help me

My id is not login & disabled

increase sYour session will timeout time

1. please increase session period upto 30 mins Your session will timeout in 5 mins only
2. please change in Report in .pdf format list adjust in 50 record in 2 pages and increase font size
3. show total and no of a/c in top front pages.
4. please set a proper size of search account no text box

Problem with changed Deposit screen

My Login is DOP.MI4000660100009. I have to deposit 960 RD Accounts of Rs.100/- each. ( Now you will come to know that how much time I require to process these 960 accounts. From August 2017 I saw changes which updating RD Accounts. Previously I used to make lot list of 10 RD Accounts each. But now it is not possible.

Please suggest how can I process these 960 RD accounts collectively i.e. A single lot of 80 accounts
