I HAD PAID rupess 4000/- on 3rd May online by scanning the QR code but unfortunately the amount was not credited to my SUB ID # 1092275211 For unknown reason
Since 3rd may 2020 I am following up with Tata sky but the reply received by them is unsatisfactory
Amount was paid from my daughter’s account Ruchita Alate , holding account in SBI bank saving account number - 38381248129 In Dahisar west branch , Mumbai.
But the payment is already received by u but you cannot trace it below is Payment details given by SBI bank as follows -

Also Google pay has claimed and replied that according to NPCI the money is lying with you –please see attached mail from them
