I've left the rental house I'm March 20th 2020, just before the lockdown. Since then I've been paying the rent each month and never delayed. So I've decided to vacate the house in January 2021 and have informed the landlord in September.

Now the landlord threatening and saying he won't give the advance until someone occupy the house. He's been making false statements. I've asked him about if he has any 1BHK to know the cost and negotiated a lil. This guy saying I'm threatening him since I didn't agree for the 1bhk.
