low internet speed

Internet is damn slow... I guess 3G was the better option... am gonna hang up on jio now... this is my 3simcard but I guess it ain't working...

no call no sms and poor interner connerction

I've a negetive experience. After few days, I don't able to call or SMS form this connection. Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan is a fraud. They promise 1GB data everyday but actually you don't receive that much data.The most worst, extremely bad network.

Recharge Regarding

My jio no 8709769859 recharge by mistake 399+401 previously. After contract with customer care to refund one amount or continued service 70+70 days. But after 70 days service disconnected. Please check &resolve the problem and start service for next 70 days. Thanku

Warning SMS received by me from JIO

My Jio number 8178075084 and I am pramod kumar. Sir i receive daily sms from jio regarding high calls and mentioned may curtail your outgoing calls service. i had faced this problem 3 times earlier but no solution is given by jio yet and i had to recharge again to continue service. i am very mentally disturbed by jio. i do calls on regular basis on my wife number but jio told me you misused and violation of TRAI guidelines and terms and condition but how is possible this is not fair. every month jio send me warning sms and before my recharge plan jio stop, curtail my service without any notice. after it for continue my service i had to recharge again to continue. kindly take into serious note for resolve my genuine problem. and kindly provide me what is the limit of outgoing calls. kindly not to discontinue again my jio service.

everyone prefer Airtel and Idea. maybe our group also leave Jio because of very very very very very poor service.
Now Jio going continue going down and Airtel and Idea have giving good service. 2G service is better than Jio Speed. Aircel also giving good service. kindly request you please provide good service otherwise everyone will change service provider.

Jio UPI payment Successful with bhim app but recharge not done

I reached to my jio 8700237339 number with 399 pack applied a voucher of Rs.50 so the net amount is Rs.349. Pay through My JIO App, but payment through BHIM UPI transaction money was sent to indiaideas@icici and recharge was not successful but money deducted from my account.
So, please refund my money back to my account

Internet not working

I m sushant shokeen value customer of jio from the start jio. But since for that day to today onwards my internet not working at my home address and in other place of delhi its work. I donot know why jio customer care nota able to help since i complaint again and again of my internet service. This issue not resolveing by jio team. In my family member every one using jio sim network., But everyone same issue and we all complaint again and again but no jio team working to resolve this issue.

Didn't get recharge

Jio recharge of 399 rupees is not done but money deducted from my bank account.

I have done the recharge of 399 rupees from my jio with the help of samsung pay upi and money gets deducted from my account for the same. But recharge for jio number is not getting reflected. So, kindly please proceeds my recharge amount or give me refund. My jio number is 8320329748.

Data Consumption Fraud

Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan is a fraud. They promise 1GB data everyday but actually you don't receive that much data. This is what the routine is for past few weeks :- I check my usage early in the morning before using any internet and the usage shows '1GB remaining'. I download a few (2-3) pdf files merely 3-4 Mb each, Google something and gradually the internet slows down. I check my usage again and it shows '6.14KB' remaining. Then when I check the usage details after an hour or so, even that does not show 1GB data consumed. I have connected my Laptop to JioFi but no 'software updates' have been going on whatsoever as I have turned off Auto-updates. I have no idea where my data is going. The customer care is pathetic. If you chat with them, they disconnect it in the middle.

And the funny thing is that each day the MyJio app shows '6.14KB' data remaining. Everyday it comes down to that. And when I check my previous day's data usage details, it randomly shows say '864MB' data consumed at '10 pm' just to show you that see you consumed your usage, while early in the morning it had showed '6.14KB' remaining.

This is fraud going on in Jio. Beware fellow customers, Jio may look like a cheap option, but what's the point. of 'cheap' if you don't get what you paid for. If you only get 100MB in the guise of 1GB data everyday, then certainly it is way too costly than other providers.

I am going to sue Jio and take forward the complaint to TRAI. Justice will be sought.

Slow internet connection

My net connection is very slow and it takes near about 1 hour download 15 MB file, so kindly check your internet services and inconvenience is caused due to your Internet Services. This problem is from last 15 to 20 days and no solution is provided by your Reliance themes thank you

Extremly Bad Internet connection at everywhere in Kolkata

The most worst, extremely bad network ever I have used in my life is "Reliance Jio" . When it was free, to grab the market share and to have a fat box of customer base, they have given a good service(in terms of outgoing and incoming calls and also in date usage and network connections and internet use)upto some extent. But once it become chargeble, They started giving the the actual service, specially in case of Internet use. I am using that "Dhan dhana dhan Offer" and it takes almost 8-10minutes to open a 2/3 Mb page or to download a PDF file of 3Mb, its taking 15-17 minutes of time..... So is it called 4G internet speed... 2G is also better than jio. In case of outgoing calls, most of the calls are going to be cross connection and call drop in the middle of the conversation. They are launching TV app, but I am asking how a person can watch the TV when its taking 15 minutes time to download a 3 MB file... People will switch for other networks if they will not work out immediately on their low speed internet connection...
Very bad... Its disgusting.... totally fedup with this network.

Services of jio and fraudulent account statement

Sir/Mam
I would like to inform you that I received a message on 23rd nov stating high volume outgoing calls.i was asked by customer care executive to limit the volume of outgoing calls .And I strictly followed the instructions. Still I was receiving such messages. Then one of your customer care executive told me that this is a technical error kindly ignore such messages. But on 07.12.17 late in the night and on 08.12.17 morning I received messages stating that my outgoing calls has been barred . more over in my statement downloaded from my jio app it shows that I have called to my own jio number and the conversation has lasted. Which is absolutely hypothetical and non sense.
I called at customer care center to register my complain and provide me the docket number. The executive asked me to write at care @jio.com. I write the same issue at requested to lodge a complaint. But it falls on deaf ears.
Further, i requested them to please provide following details:
1. What is the definition of normal usage and threshold limit beyond which the zone of abnormally high calls exist. Please also provide detailed and explanatory terms and conditions of rs399 plan and rs. 149.
2. Why the jio customer care executive don't provide a uniform set of response, misguide consumer and don't lodge the grievance?
3. What is the logic of this misguided statement, in which a person make calls to oneself?
4. Please provide mechanism of grievance redressal.
5. How to track the complaint status if in case customer care is not reliable?
Which is not answered at all. Inspite of responding to my concern, the executive suggest me to recharge the number at an earliest to avail the services of calling.

Please do the needful.

Data usage issues

I have been using Jio for around one year, my experience with it has been quite below average. Since the past 5 days i am having constant trouble with the internet data. I use the internet for my office work on my laptop. Everyday i open merely a few sites and i get a message within an hour or so that my entire 1 GB has lapsed. I am still not sure how much of data can be consumed only by opening Gmail and surfing a few other work related sites that too in an hour. Everyday my works get blocked because in an hour somehow the whole data is lapsed. Cross connection while calling is another very persistent issue. I would like to switch my number to airtel. Please let me know the procedure for porting my number.
