reliance aaj kal kuch kam ka nahi rah gaya ye faltu ke paisa katte rahte hai, 1 mahina pahle mere mob. pe usne apni marji se radio chalu kar diya, mene ek mahina pale customer care me phone karke unko band karne ke liye kaha to unhone thik hia bole aaj se aap ka radio band ho jayega, or us time unho ne mere mob. se 30.00 rs cut karliye mene kaha ki chalo koi bat nahi aaj ke bad nahi katega, but me galat tha sayad kyo ki reliance wale aaj kal sirf customer ko bewkuf banane ke kama kar rahe hai. kyo ki is mahina fir se mera paisa unhone kat liye rs. 30.00 rupee. jab mene customer care ko fon laga ke kaha ki bhai mera paisa kyo kata to unhone bole ke aap ka radio pack renew hua hai but mene to ek mahina pahle hi use band kar diya tha or tab bi complaints kiya tha to unho ne bole ke me band kardunga to fir aaj kyo paisa cut kiya aap ne. but wo nahi man rahe to me kya karu ab to me sab ko yahi bolunga na ki reliance wale sirf bewkuf banate hai logo ko or kuch nahi unka network koi bhi use kare to kaise kare jab wo faltu ke paise katene lage to hum sab to band kardenge na reliance ka fone lekin ye reliance wale ab ye bhikari sari ka kyo karne lage jab dekho tab faltu ke paise cat lete hai... this is not fair reliance wale bahut hi ganda ho gaye hai me to sub se request karta hu ki agar faltu ke paise nahi kat wana hai to reliance ko band kar do mera no. hai 9320132293

I have given request to port my number from Reliance CDMA postpaid to Reliance GSM postpaid on 8th feb 2011.

Still there is no response.
Nodal officer and appellate authority is not bothered to reply.

Kindly do the needful.

Network Problem

Respected Sir,

I reside at Chembur Mahul , Ambapada village near by BPCL Co. Main Gate . there is no reliance network inside the village,i m several times gave request to customer care but no response, Thy send the msg to me ur request is resolved but last one month there is network problem.

sir, please help out us. do the needful & oblige.

Horrible service

I purchased a Reliance Netconnect data card online in the last week of December 2010. A sales channel of Reliance(calls itself Vriti) approached me over the phone and made the delivery of the datacard the next day and I made the payment in cash. It was promised to me that this data-card will get activated in maximum 2 days time. However, it never got active. I called the customer care several times. All they had to say is that your details have not yet got updated in our system, and I was asked to call the sales channel which sold me the data-card.

But, there is no response to phone-calls or e-mails to this sales channel.Not sure if a channel called Vriti even exists.
On calling customer care after a week, they asked me to contact Huawei service center as they suspected it was a hardware issue because of which there was no signal detected on this device.
Not sure what to do. It seems the Sales people are only concerned in making the sales and not in confirming service to users.
Keep it up guys!! You guys are ideal sales people

i m facing the same type problemwith reliance, and i have complaint many times but no action is taken yet..i think i have to file a case against the company.

Reliance GSM is the worst connection in the world............

1) With recharge of 39 u will get per day 500 sms free and if u will send 1 sms to 1 no. , the sms will go 20 times to that no. and your balance will be deducted...........& the customer care executive are very rude.


2) From 31st of december till 3rd January 2011 they are not allowing to do STD calls (JHARKHAND).

subscription chargesd deducted without intimation from customer

Sir,

i have got Reliance GSM sim card for which i recharge for Rs. 100/-On 17/9/2010 i had received an sms stating that i have subscribed for mobilenet for Rs. 51/- for 15 days for which i have no idea about what is mobile net..i had complained to the toll free no. of reliance *333 and spoke to Mr. Suman for which he told me the charges will be reversed back to me since i had only Rs. 46/- balance . When i tried to call my collegue i had the automatic answering machine asking me to kindly recharge...I had registered a complaint to reliance since they did not reverse me the charges. On 21/9/2010 again i called up the customer care and spoke to Ms. Alka and gave the complaint no. She told me the complaint is closed since you have activated the mobilenet and so we cannot reverse the charges.. Last time also it happened from reliance that they charged me for caller tunes without intimation from the customer and reliance had to reverse the charges..Is this way reliance people serve there customers by looting without any information from the users and being very rich? This isnt the way you tell the customers who have been using your valuable services since years. Kindly take necessary action on an urgent basis or else i will have to report the matter to the top officials of your esteemed organization.
