My sim card registration has been failed. I hadn't recharged the number from last 3 month

I have done the Payment but my account has not been registered as Prime. I called customer care and they mentioned there is a technical issue so they can't take calls. I tried to chat using JIO application but got no response.

Not at all happy with the Reliance card and service team.

I don't think I would wish to switch to JIO anymore.

My sim 9325360191 is deactivated, no signal available error. Changed the sim from rcom center still same issue. We have paid the dues.not able to call customer center it gives error sim not registered. Handle it immediately.
