not getting mileage

sir my name is srinivas i am from siddipet dist siddipet telanagana i have purchased Renault lodgy in 2017 jun in karimnagar show room sir as u have given Renault lodgy k/m per litre is 21kmp/L but we have tried many times from the purchase of vehicle by driveing 80kmp/hand 90kmp/h and 100kmp/h but we are not getting mileage at least of 15 kmp/L please do the needed help to get mileage and i have given complant in the showroom but they have advised me to mentain the speed as 80kmp/hand 90kmp/h and 100kmp/h as per showroom adv i have maintained the speed as i have mentioned pls give reply to me in mail [email protected] and my mobile number is 9963688235 are give as advise to keep my vehicle or to remove the vehicle

U have purchase lodgy car in December 2016, that time showroom salesman told us your EXCISE will Refundable but now this month april 2017 i have ask showroom to EXCISE return policy and procedures they check the chassis number and told me your car is not eligibles to EXCISE Refundable so is this mistake showroom or Our ... Why you pepole sell old mfg car its shame on you Renault company i suggest / strongly recommend to everyone dont buy renault lodgy car because they are selling old chassis model and customer suffering all this nonsense things better way to buy maruti or Innova car...

Brake powder and Heavy Noise inside the vehicle

There is excessive Brake shoe powder falling on the wheel rim is True,

When you go above 100 kmph lot of noise inside the vehicle. It is not possible to hear audio.

It is not sound proof inside the cabin

Renault Lodgy - TVS

My Renault lodgy was bought in May 2015 . For the last 3 months, there is exessive Brake shoe powder falling on the wheel rim. Reported this to TVS the authorised service centre. they gave a casual reply putting the blame on me like, Its due to m y breaking habits..etc..I ve been driving vehicle since last 23 years and this is the first time I bought a Renault vehicle. Never before has such a problem occuured. Request the Renault guy to explain this or advise your service personnel the right diagnosis and corrections to be made.

lodgy rim band

We have purchased lodgy top model in december 2015,
after some time fond that its Tyre rim have band , we complain sales executive and related person they not proper responded,
today our two Tyre had damage due to RIM band,
what can we do please advise now our car in warranty period,

boosting sensor failuer

My father was in big hurry to take renault lodgy instead of tyota. Our problem arrised at 20,000kms the service indicatins have got and we went to karimnagar showroom.there they have told that to use only HP dissle.we did same but after 500kms again service indication glowing.they coulnd not rectify the problem.at 30,000kms the veichle is getting off in running. WE went to HYD. Madhapur service center at 40,000kms .there they have told boosting sensor kit is failure.the product is not availble at them.they have order to chenai.now at present month over and 48,000kms run but the product as not come. And the service representive answering for one item the transport will not come from chenai.till it comes keep the veichle iddle

disappointing

Dear Team,

This is very disappointing that such a well-known company "Renault" has been so unprofessional and there is no customers satisfaction has been considered by the Company. I have purchased a new car (Renault Lodgy 85PS RXL) from a dealer in Kanpur. The said car has been deliver to me without any testing at all, upon receipt of car I have analyzed that back A/C of the car is not working and accordingly I am making round and round of dealer’s showroom as well as service center.

At the time of purchase of this car my experience is very bad and I have spoken multiple times with customer care executive as well as dealer on various issues like finance and other things of said car no appropriate as well as timely response has received from any person. I was earlier hold a car of Maruti and now believed in reputation in “Brand Renault” but as of now, I am thinking that might be my decision to purchase Renault Lodgy instead of Maruti Eartiga was wrong and feeling cheated by Renault.

As per my experience with Renault, understand that this mail will not take seriously by Renault team but defiantly I will share the same in social media as well as with my collogues and friends and try to save them from not buy a car from such a company who does not cares for their customer.

Worst Car Ever-Renault Lodgy Car

This is very disappointing that such a well renowned company "Renault" has been so unprofessional to my family in India This is the first time my family decided to go with new brand and wow what a rude response from customer care. So, in India we were traveling and there was heavy rainfall and guess we noticed water had entered thru back trunk completely our luggage was wet. We have always been buying Maruti, Toyota, and multiple other brands which are much better and professional when it comes to customer service. I can say customer service is their first priority. We were highly surprise to know that something like this could happen to brand new car. After multiple attempts to the dealer we haven't heard single positive response that clearly rings the bell that something is wrong with car or people working there. Why would any body fix their brand new car???

We are highly upset with Renault and the service provided by them. I even wrote mails to top management of Renault but we haven't received any response. Renault service, owners attitude is very very bad and disappointing. Please think once before buying any Renault car.

I request you all to share this post as much as possible and atleast save people from buying this faulty car.
