Retiring rooms of madurai Railway station

I booked retiring room for 6 hours at a cost of Rs.900 plus GST (Rs.1050/-)
The room was very stingy and only after putting A/C for one hour the room was in usable condition.
Bedsheet was torn in multiple spots.
Bathroom was very untidy and needs thorough cleaning
Bathroom had a broken ventilary glass and heater was not working
Totally disappointed with irctc retiring room at madurai.
Wasnt cheap at all.
They need to revamp the setup or people should get trapped by paying such high amount and getting cheated.
