I brought 4 burner cooktop of wonder chef pathetic product gas get lick from 1 month m facing dangerous problem n their technicians is worst dont know how to talk to customers pathetic behavior I purchased this from home town dahisar thakur mall worst experience I ever go through with home town

egg boiler faulty

I have bought Wonder chef Egg boiler in Oct 2018 and since then its not working
already complained at customer care no but till now no response.

below are my two complain Ids:----

DL0603190003 and DL2905190021

as per customer care these Ids has been closed and their Engg has already visited our site.....but till now no one from Wonder Chef ever visited me.

worst ever service experience and pathetic services.

pls don't buy their products at all.

Wonderchef mixer grinder

We brought Wonderchef grinder just few months ago. It already broke down 2 times . And most important after sales services is worst. We keep on calling the service centre but no one comes to repair. Parts no available. It's horrible. Please don't buy .

Coating Damage

Zest 3 burner stove issues

I bought a zest 3 burner stove in the month of December 2018, n had issues with gas burners, inspite if repeated calls to custome care, this issue is not fixed. Any time you call the customer care, they take 48hours of time with no actual work around, I believe these executives are paid just too buy out time. This looks to be worst product I have purchase. Please do not buy any WONDER CHEF products. If you do so, then you will repent it for sure.

Wonderchef.com: Invoice # 1000067736 for Order # WDCN200079766 : WC/BT/101218/06

Ordered a Prato Compact Juicer on 10th Dec 2018 but in defective condition. Complained and received the mail that my complaint has been registered. But still not received the exchange for the defective piece. My invoice and complaint number is is given below. When enquired about my status i was told that my exchange has been approved and will be receiving a mail. But still not received a mail nor any action has been taken. Kindly look into the matter and help me receive the exchange...
it has been my worst experience with wonderchef..actually i had bought this because of Chef.Sanjeev Kapor ads but it was shocking to know that how Chef Sanjeev is supporting this kind of action actually since he is responsible for wonderchef he should also get to know the difficulties of customer and sort the issues, but i dont see any of the positive reply from wonder chef...a made a big mistake by buying this product worth Rs.3000

Pathetic customer care

I have purchased nutri blend 4 months back and it’s. It working I am following up with customer care but no response from them and there technician.
This is the worst service ever

Never purchase wonder chef products.

No Supply of item nor refund of Money

I had made online transfer of money for purchasing 4 items under order No. WDCN200068901 on 23th August, 2018. Till now the product has not been delivered. On enquiry nobody is giving proper respond, they are hearing all the details and put the phone on hold for half an hour and cut the phone, daily i am spending one hour for this and experience the same from them. I didnt expect these type of worst experience from the reputed concern like this. We had not received any calls from courier company Delivery. There is no information from Customer Care also despite sending many mails. No refund has been made yet. I no longer need the product. Refund my money back.

Worst Service - We have purchased a Secura 5 litre cooker, we needed one gasket, checked in stores they are telling spare not available, somehow got one agent number, even he does not respond properly, Very pathetic service, did not expect this type of service

Money not refunded

I had purchased a set of three cookwares on Independence Day'18, the payment was done and debited from my account but order did not get placed as my default address was not updated ( although shipping address was mentioned properly). I placed the order again and went through the payment again hoping that the previous one will get refunded, but it did not.

I enquired with the payment gateway- Razorpay they informed that it is pending at Wonder chef end.

The call centres are always continuosly busy, I have tried the number almost every single day multiple times. Only once my call got connected and the call center employee disconnected my cal after asking for the order number.

I dropped an email on the mail ID that was mentioned in the website. Its been more that 2 weeks and no response on that.

This is outrageous, the customer complaint channels ( Phone and mail) are equal to non functional.

Am still awaiting the money refund.

Product not delivered nor money back

Wonderchef company is cheater company everyone who work there. I pain online for jar set on April but now August started they don't respond anything. ... Even calls they hangs and make calls drop. Since 4 months they promised to deliver products within week ...but not delivered. ...they don't want to return money too.....please help me to drag all those basturd in court.........

Product Not delivered

I had placed the order on 30th March with order no. 3003765. But didn’t received the product till date 28th July 2018. I had done the online payment but they are not refunding my money also.

First time I had placed the order with wonderchef and I am really disappointed with the service.

Whatever the reason for late delivery you should have informed me.Evertime I called at your customer service centre and got no response from their side.

Worst online shopping or tele shopping site.

Gas tandoor lid

Last month we bought wonderchef tandoor oven .... When we used it the lid cracked into pieces and nobody is answering the customer care calls and emails. The after sale service is very poor .

Product undelivered

I have ordered product in wonderchef with an order no. WDCN200058005 on 16June 2018, still I haven't received my product. I called up customer care 2 days (25 June'18) back where a representative assured me product will get delivered in 1day which didn't happened. Today once again I called up customer care where I was informed that they were unable to track my product delivery details....and suggested me to call after 24hrs to find out if my product will get delivered or not and if not that the reason for non delivery.....
Delivery service is pathetic earlier also i ordered nutri blend for which i have to do follow up for number of times and after constant follow ups I received my product.

Sanjeev Kapoor Ji we place order in wonder chef reason you are the brand promoter of this brand, however with this type of service its really difficult to build trust on wonder chef when there are lot of online portals available to shop online....

Complaint no: WC/SF/030518/162: No response from customer care for warranty claim

compliant nr WC/BT/030318/156

We got Celebration set 4pcs end of last year and the coating was peeling off, compliant was registered with "Wonder Chef" on March 06th 2018 (compliant nr WC/BT/030318/156),On 26th March they responded via email that the replacement will be done within 7 working days. Today we are on 11th May, almost 2 months gone by and we are still waiting for the replacement!!!! More than 7-8 reminder emails has been sent to customer care - NO RESPONSE. I don't know if anyone has managed to talk to their customer service team via toll free number successfully as i always here "all our executives are busy attending other customer,......." irrespective of whatever time you call, I doubt if they have a customer care team really !!!!

Worst customer service

On 20 march 2018 i was booked a complain but still now its not sloved. Wonderchef Customer care has written an email saying they will replace my damaged product.when ever i call wonderchef Customer care more than 20-25 minutes i have to hold to speak to a customer care executive. Mostly they used to say wait for one week .but nothing is happening.

Nutri jars leaking.. don't buy wonderchef fraud company's product

I bought Nutri blend jars 4 weeks ago and jar started leaking next day. I am following since then with the customer care and trust me I have never ever seen such worst customer care and even worst product
Please don't buy this expensive cheap product in fake name of Sanjeev Kapoor.. they are not refunding my money as well.. fraud cheaters!!!!

Nutri blend coupler broken

I have purchased wonderchef nutri blend in nov 2017. My wife is a big fan of Sanjeev Kapoor while seeing Sanjeev Kapoor in nutri blend adv she was very confident that the product will be best. But in three months the black coupler which is attached with the motor got broken. For last 20-25 days I am complaining on wonder chef no. But no one is responding. Worst support from wonderchef

multiple complaints registered with wonderchef but satisfactory solution not provided, Also there were no action taken on complaint registered on dated 17th March 2018 (WC/SF/170318/107). We want replacement on immediate basis there is safety concern in GAS stove.

Worst customer service

Dear All,
I am a regular customer of wonderchef. i have purchased a set of wok and on its arrival I have found one of wok is damaged .my complain is registered on 16/3/2018. No action is taken yet. Each time when I call to customer care they are asking when I have registered my complaint and have I send mail .Each time I have to repeat my story. But no action has been taken. I have lost my faith in this company.

Waste of buy products from you

Worst service ever.. I bought a cooker. since day 1, whistle function is not working properly. The service person is saying the repair is chargeable though it has a 5year warranty. worst service ever. give me one reason why i would want to buy your product ever again. In terms of service, Prestige is 100 times better than you.
