Since last 5 days this 30 minutes are not getting completed.

But the website has been down since 28th Nov when I first tried.

The payment gateway is too bad, it does not show the list of banks in netbanking in the scroll down option (Only "select" is shown as options, no banks)

None of the options are working, there is no option to pay cash manually.

i submitted my motorcycle RC copy to RTO hooghly( Chinsurah) for PUC registration on 11/11/2019 , but still today they did not update my PUC ,so i am unable to check my motorcycle pollution,.
If i caught by the police while riding my motorcycle what, should i do?

My application number is 2481729219 . I tried to make payment online for renewal of Learner License but in the first attempt the payment could not happen. After that whenever I am trying to make the payment, each time I get a message

"Application is verifying with bank......"

and then

"payment is pending...please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank ".

It is the 45 day and still same message.

Please suggest.

The website is always crashing and has a lot of bugs which are not solved for years. I have been trying to make payment for my driving license for a week but the payment gateway isnt working properly. Even after entering the payment details, PAY NOW option is disabled and you are stuck on the same page. If we refresh the page payment fails and have to wait for 30 mins before you can try again and if you try again it shows the same. Tired of these things. This is why people have to go to agents to get their govt work done.

Payment is deducted from the bank while doing online learning licence fees payment. Payment is done on 31/10/2019. but still payment is pending at Sarathi website. I am not able to move further nor getting the confirmation of payment. Bank has confirmed the payment is done.

It is sixth day but still message is same.

I failed to pay for the DL application when I was applying. It shows your payment is pending and the payment option is delinked. Please solve this problem.

I'm applying for DL even after got LL.
But when i entering Learner's Licence Number and DOB its showing Pending Application (xxxxNumberxxxxx), Would you like to go for 'Add Class of Vehicles' click on ok button otherwise cancel....
And when click on Ok button its showing All Class Of Vehicle already selected for DL.
Will you tell me what's going wrong here?????
