I tried to make the payment however it has been failed due to slowness. I want to re-attempt for the payment but web-portal is giving the message that Payment has not been reconciled. My application number is 55447819.

I am not able to understand by IT Architect team can not provide the option - "Pay again if amount has not been debited from your account". If amount has been debited, applicant may wait for reconciliation with bank. If applicant knows that attempt was failed due to some reason, web-portal must allow the immediate second option. This is very basic things. Even, if second attempt can not be granted immediately, web-portal should show the message that "You can do second attempt after ____hours "

Please, let me know the time to wait for second attempt or solution.
