Intercity Charge

Respected Sir,

On December 30,2011 my mother deposited a Cheque of Rs.20,000/- from SBI,Mominpur Branch to deposit the amount to SBI,Koramangala Branch.While she was depositing the Cheque bank told her that if you pay the above mentioned amount through Cheque there will be no charge but if you make the payment through fund transfer or online then there will be some charges for that.Hence,she deposited the amount through Cheque.But while I am checking the account online it is showing me that there is a deduction of Rs.110 as per intercity charges.Please tell me why is it so even if bank told us there will be no deduction.If there was any charge why bank didn't clarify her properly.

Hoping to hear from you soon I conclude here.

Sir I don't want to increase my EMI any how.

Inordinate delay in dispatching card

I reproduce below the email sent to customer care of SBI regarding non-receipt of credit card. Till date there is no response from SBI which speaks a volume about their services and efficiency.

Dear Sir
Although the envelope containing the PIN has been received by me but I am yet to get my card. I got a phone call from some courier man some three weeks ago informing me that my card will be delivered to me in a day or two but there has been no follow up thereafter nor has the card been delivered to this date and hour. I consider it my duty to inform you about the facts so as to avoid any misuse of the card.

less of amount from account

on 10 mar 2011 I'm widrawal money from axis bank ATM, khatipura, jaipur. But atm machines gives me only receipt ie, ''Sorry unable to process'' again trying to widrawal but it is same. Then I went to vaishali nagar and again I'm widrawal money from Bank of Baroda, this time I'm success but receipt shows that 1000/- rupees is less from my account. Immediatly I'm come back to Katipura Axis ATM and I ask to the security guard, he said that this kind of 2 cases is happening from morning, so dn't worry within 24hrs it should be credited on your account. After 24 hrs check the account but it is same. When I want to complaint that the branch manager neglected me. What is the reasons ????? My account No is 30449144621.

ATM card blocked due to wrong entry of pin

Dear Sir,
My name is Savita Singh.My atm card number is 6220180311400141405 and acoount number is 10339050328.My atm card has been locked due to entry of incorrect pin number 4-5 months back.Please reactivate my atm card as soon as possible.

interest and other charges

Well i took an amount of loan on which sbi customer care executive aid that you have to pay one time processing fee and mothnly emi.But to my shock everytime i recieve is other charges added to the monthly emi.In the starting i use to call the customer care executive and they said that your charges would be reversed.But till now nothing has been done.I am feedup of all this.Besides this 2 times i also paid late fee,bank people saying that next time you wont be charged anything.My sincere request is that if the customer executive doesn't have clear idea about the policy then why the hell company introduces such policy??
what should be my next step ??

1. I have the honor to state that, I am a military pensioner WEF 01.03.1992, and now I am getting the pension amount as 4860/-with DA. But as per my calculations my pension payment should be around 4874+ (45% DA =2194) Rs 7067/-

4. So I am humbly requesting you to look into above said matter.and give me full details of my payments thorough next mail .

NOT RECEIVING THE AMT OF RS 500 THROUGH ATM BUT BALANCE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED

on dated 29/10/2010 could not receive the amt of rs 500 from ATM due to some technical error in MACHINE. balance has been deducted. atm id is S10E012221127 AT C-193/1 CC ROAD RAJAJIPURAM LUCKNOW UP. my TXN NO IS 2071..... I HAVE LODGED application to BRANCH MANAGR of above....... but no action has been taken..............

No details about transaction provide

One of my friend named Vani Nayak having account in Vijayawada SBI branch.. Had noticed that from her account an ammount of 8000 was found to be missing... when we enquired the branch... we were told... the card was swiped... but to which account money was transfered no details has be given..the transaction was made in the form of 1001 quiet few times.. my friend claims she has not used ATM.. Please help...what should we do to get money back...the account statement says... Bill desk money was transfered .. wat is that even bank employee don have details on that...

terrible quality of ATM address and no maps to give approximately easy direction within a city

Dear Sir?madam,
KINDLY PASS ON OR EMAIL AT LEAT 10 TO 15 OR MORE SBI MANAGERS IN DELHI AND IN THE MAIN OFFICE ALSO.
1. COMPLAINED-- THE ATM LIST IS NOT 100% ACCURATE.

2. tHERE IS NO LACK OF MONEY WITH SBI AND THEY HAVE A LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN it DEPARTMENT WHO HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO DO THIS WORK. tHE MAPS ARE ALREADY AVAIALABLE AND ITS SIMPLE ACCURATE PROGRAMMING THAT THEY CAN EASILY DO.
3. tHESE MAPS ARE A STANDARD EASILY AVAILABLE ON US AND CANADIAN YELLOW PAGES.

4. THIS A SIMPLE BA STUDENT CAN UDERSTAND AND DO. SO WHAT IS THE DIFFICULTY. IT IS JUST 3 TO 4 MONTHS OF WORK TO DO IT. ALL TELEPHONE NUMBERS OF ALL BANKING DEPARTMENT A NY CHANGES CAN BE CHECKED AND UPDATED EVERY 2 WEEKS.

I HAVE SENT AN EARLIER COMPLAIN AS A CONSUMER IN THIS CONTEXT.

SEND ONE TO RBI ALSO. WRONG ADDRESSES, WRONG TELEPHONE NUMBERS, LACK OF CLEAR MAPS SHOWING DIRECTIONS TO REACH A CERTAIN ATM IS A MORAL RESPONSIBILITY OF psu BANKS. iT IS A LACK OF RESPONSIBILTY AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE. THE BANKING COMMISSION SHOULD HAVE A LOOK AT THIS. KINDLY EMAIL ME YOUR REPLY.

improve for accracy and do siome quality work like in USA yellow pages

Dear SBI,
You are the top 100 companies in the world and yuo have so much staff also. Kindly look at your ATM list for delhi.

IT IS SHOCKING TO SEE THAT THE LIST IS NOT EVEN TYPED PROPERLY.

IN MANY THE NEW DELHI address PIN CODE IS MISSING

IN MANY THE ADDRESS IS NOT COMLETE

THIS DOES NOT REQUIRE AN INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT TO FIGURE OUT. YOU SHOULD HAVE A MAP OF THE ROAD AND SURROUNDING AREA of the atm . AS ONE SEES IN USA YELLOW PAGES.THIS LOOKS PROFESSIONAL, ITS EASY FOR PEOPLE TO IDENTIFY and reach the Atm..

KINDLY DO THIS FOR ALL YOUR ATM MACHINES. KINDLY QUADRUPLE CHECK FOR ACCURACY.

A VERY POOR PIECE OF WORK. SBI-- YOU HAVE TO IMPROVE. TERRIBLE LIST OF ATM MACHINES. it is rather shameful to see this kind of work when you have so much staff.
