Payment status failed.No amount refunded

I applied for fresh passport. Payment of fee was made but even after deduction of money from my bank account(Indian Bank), through RuPay debit card, the status on website was shown as 'Failure'.

Got a call threatening to close ATM if not given details

I got a call from 8877150535 (trucaller identifies as Amritpal New Location Bihar ), asking for Card no and CVV. i have insited on not giving and got a threatening saying 10500 will be deducted and card will be closed.


I new this was a prank call but still he was misbehaving and asking for the details.

False Transactions

Dear Sir,

This is to bring into your kind notice that a payment of Rs749 and Rs499 has been debited from my account of SBI but it didnt reach the vendor(Amazon Services). Therefore I request you to kindly revert back the amount debited from my account as it has brought me huge dissatisfaction from your end.

Payment Declined by bank

I have done transaction through paytm using SBI card which was unsuccessful. Reason is declined by the bank due to insufficient fund.But money was available.After maintaining sufficient fund the transaction got declined by the bank and money also debited which is completely unexpected. Please do the needful remove the technical leech.

Payment status failed, amount deducted

Payment status failed, amout deducted.
I made online payment for Fresh passport and paid two(2) times through SBI gateway @1500 using ANDHRA BANK RUPAYcard . I got SMS from the bank on debit of amount as paid online through SBI. The payment status shows failed.

No refund of money

Mene online transaction किया पर वो transaction fail हो गया ओर मेरे अकाउंट से पैसे काट लिए गये, ओर वापस रिफ़ंड नहीं हुआ है 11 दिन हो गये है, बैंक मै गया ओर रेफरल id दिखाई service manager को तो वो बोलता है कि ऑनलाइन Transaction किया ही क्यू आपने, ये आपकी जिम्मेदारी हैं हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते आप जानो और आपका काम जाने

Transaction failed but money not returned

Regarding to complaint the branch manager

Myself karthik, during m.e structural engineering, i try to collect educational loan, but the bank manager are not present in the bank, old branck manager said to come this month and then will be collect the loan, i totally disappointed for branch manager activities, anybody please help me

Fraud Billing

I was charged with 97 rupees for ATM or sms Charges but i hardly used atm twice and i was already deducted 17rs for SMS charges last month (Rs 17 each quarter) and i rouse a ticket for explanation (Ticket No:2931737619) now i tried to check the status and it was closed, i bet my salary that no one called me nor emailed me about this.
What kind of sick people charge like this with out a prior notification nor explanation we chose sbi because its told to us by elderly that this is government and its trustworthy but it seems they dont even have proper guts to tell their customers about the charges upfront except deducting in the back with out explanation like a pro burglars....

Rs.115 /- debited from my SBI acct.

I received message:
Your A/C XXXXXXXX74374 has a debit by transfer of Rs 115.00 on 17/02/17. Avl Bal Rs 1,139.32.Download [email protected] http://goo.gl/qUlXqL

What is this? How is debit possible without my permissions?
Please refund my money and explain.

NEFT from SBI to ICICI

I am not able to transfer money from SBI account to ICICI account. The amount with service charge first gets debited and the amount gets credited back again after some time with no successful transfer. This is the display in account statement:

Money debited without any reason

Money debited from my saving account without any reason . Only "Cash Management product " is Written. How can SBI debit money even without my permission. I have not even beard anything like cash management product before and never subscribed to such service. 1255₹ has been debits since last month. If I call to SBI helpline number they don't even respond . What to do I want my money back!!

CP74469160 dtd 02/09/2017 but the receipt of payment could not be printed out due to internet failure, I need above online receipt of payment for future reference.I need to receive said receipt/confirmation of SBI transaction to my email A/C [email protected] . Log in problem

When I try to login my sbi account in first time in internet banking it shows due to some technical problem we are unable to process please try again later.... so can you give solution for this problem

We have made online payment for passport of Rs.1512.75 BY OUR DEBIT CARD on 21/01/17(SATURDAY) .

Amount has been credited from our HDFC DEBIT card.But the status remains failed on Passport Seva site.

This was made for renewal of Passport of Ms. Juhi Rastogi.

Salary not credited

Hello team,
As per mty company HRsalary is aleady processed and should have been credited to my account by today EOD.
Normally it used to get credited around 2PM on one day before the last working day of every month. Please let me know why it is delayed.

Poor service

I requested the SBI SECL, Bilaspur branch (code 7258) to transfer my SB a/c 31759337747 and 11431523349 to Vrindavan (code 2502) on 1-12 16. Both my accounts have been transferred to Branch code 12830. I am requesting 2502 to get them transferred to this branch for last 2 months but 2502 is highly insensitive Pl help to get both the accounts transferred to 2502.

Non completion of payment to merchant

Sir, I submitted application form for AIIMS MBBS 2017 via Reg. No. 5171031424 on 26/01/2017 and payment of fees of Rs. 1000/- was made using SBI debit card, but no confirmation page have yet been generated by AIIMS with a plea that payment not completed . On attempt for re-payment SBI shows a message as "A payment has already been made for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed." Please check it and resolve the matter as soon as possible. Thanks.
