This is a serious issue with these quacks as MC of Shirish CHSL Vasant Vihar Complex Thane.
There has been complaints raised in the past but hope the registrar office takes up their action on war footing. The group illegally formed out of syndicate bonding deliberately took over accusing the previous MC as corrupt seems worse.
The following are the points to be seriously viewed by the Federation and Registrar
1. WhatsApp being used unilaterally for accessiblity only to the admin for sending messages. The WhatsApp is not interactive between all and additional persons. Email was recently started This kind of illegal MC there for over 3 years.
2. No written request or notifications to members for any communications whatsoever. Only verbal communication was adhered to that too through the watchmen. They are absolutely oblivious of the protocols to be maintained with the members.
3. No written acknowledgements obtained for any communication or important events.
4. Elections were conducted illegally, without the required quorum and committee formed under coercion as well as forcefully. The bye-laws were never followed for any resolution or approval of expenses, etc.
5. Repair and restoration carried out without appointment of special committee to oversee and in a very clandestine manner. All matters hushed and hastened that too the work was done during lockdown.
6. Contracts awarded without comparative and on single party basis which is contrary to the bye-laws.
7. Committee members act out of syndicate choice for their decision evading the bye-laws completely.
8. Request, Registrar's representative to investigate into all matters and to corroborate all relevant documents for thorough verification of all matters including expenses in detail.
9. Too much of harassment has come to the forefront for members those who are silent.
Some violent neighbors, rental people clearly treating decent and good citizens by kicking doors and banging on doors, by calling names. Police complaint lodged (see attached document - copy of complaint with police). The MC ignoring the matter inspite of certain members bringing up the matter in the recent / last AGM. The previous legal Managing Committees always came to members house our asked for a meeting at the Society's office. But this illegal Managing committee always discusses at the building entrance or some irregular location in the building. Not in the office of the society and without any minutes.
10. The Chairman and Secretary keeps threatening original members with enlarged eye and angry looks as if they are in a boxing bout. They have influenced the watchman to attend to their group exclusively as personal assistants.

11. The MOM of the last AGM has not been circulated in hard copy, but pinned on the notice board, so that no proof could be gathered (see attached copy as made available to members)
12. None of the MCs seem to be aware of the bye-laws😡
