Not received till 11 days

Very bad service.. Its about 11 days still my parcel not reached.. pune sky king service is worst i have ever seen. I talked to him after he received parcel 4 days back. But still he is not given parcel till now and not receiving my calls. This type people degrades the fame of sky king courier. BHUBANESWAR sky king told that it will be reached within 5 to 6 days. But pune sky king not giving till yet.
