Parcel lost by the courio company

Please be informed that my consignment which was booked from Gurgaon for Varanasi delivery is not delivered yet, however it is marked as delivered.
At the same time, the delivery person(SHTYA PRKASH 7080114353) has updated a fraud receiving comments and signatures to mark it delivered.


I would like to request you to kindly take a strict action and make necessary arrangements to deliver the parcel as booked.
