Order status is delivered, but product hasn't delivered yet

I ordered Titan watch fom Snapdeal. It wasn't deliveed to me but status is showing as delivered.
I tried contacting ouatoner care but ita more than 48 hrs and I haven't receive any upde from them.

Payment for this order has already been made,and now I am worried about my money.

Please look into the issue and let me know when cam I get my order or my money back.

DATA Leak and Fraud Calls

I received fraud calls in the name of Snapdeal. But the surprising thing is they knew the details like my address, order details.
So Someone from Snapdeal must have leaked the customer information. Fortunately I did not provided payment information and chose COD for my order but still this is very grave situation.
Snapdeal has literally no control over customer data. I am going to raise a complaint against snapdeal under cyber crime as they are leaking customer data and this is serious threat to people.

I would be interested to know snapdeals view on the same.

I have already had a bad experience with Snapdeal its my second worst experience

I would like to share my experience with unprofessional e commerce online web site Snapdeal, I order stc FTA set top box on 17th August 2018 order ID "23111467098" which need deliver on 27th August 2018, I wanted to track my packet so I mailed to Snapdeal help centre to get AWB no or courier service name after completing 48 hours I didn't received any answer from Snapdeal again taking that mail as reference I mailed Snapdeal again to remember them they have to provide customer service which Snapdeal doesn't finally I got AWB number from Snapdeal on 27th , it was just a trailor only picture to abhi baaki hai mere dost..on 27th August when I track my package it was showing out of delivery @ 5:47 pm and return to Hub @6:12 pm, in between I got a message from Snapdeal that "Order Update
Your order for STC Dth Set Top Box High... will be delivered today by Jagdamba Prasad(8423001248).Vulcan Express tracking no- "JVLSD############"
I called mr Jagdamba Prasad almost 8 times to know when he will deliver it's already 6 pm but he didn't pick my call and finally switched off, when I checked Snapdeal website for more information so I came to know that your courier facility given an excuse that Customer asked for later delivery..why I would ??????? Don't make fool to customer.

why you guys put the return/ refund/replace option there on the app id u guys are not replacing the product..keep on messaging daily and calling of taking the product next day ..kindly tell clearly what u want to do.. i have nexer experienced such a worst response ever....

Complete item not received

I have not received complete item. I ordered a saree and have not received the blouse piece..this is totally pissing me off..even customer care executive not approachable..if a organisation can't be customer centric and earn money through Ill practices sooner or later it will shut down. We trust you atleast value it. Inspite of receiving such feedback you are so reluctant! It's a shame. Arrange a call back from your end!

Order returned but payment is still pending

I am very much disappoint with this service.I did not mention any where that I do not want to return this item, that item is not with me it is already picked up but still the status of the item is rescheduling by your team.Then in end they just dropped one mail that courier boy told them that i do not want to return.How can he decide if you are providing me the facility to stop the return item then why to deliver message by him!still did not get my money back.

Received incomplete order but payment done for the complete order

i placed an order of 2 items which were the same product. i made the payment for both the products as mentioned in the invoice while receiving the order(COD). but when i open the parcel, just 1 item was found in it i.e the order received was incomplete although complete payment had been done for it.

so kindly replace the order or else deliver the item missing in the order.

Courier staff demanded 686 Rs to me and demanded adhar card for scanning but I refused and asked to scan his voter card on this he went to talking to me to take item the office using abusive words .
Please take appropriate action against courier staff

Got a different shoes of what i did mot order

I had ordered maroon dunk shoes but i have got a black shoes which is of cheap quality paying 3000 rupees! And when i created a return request it said that i will be responded within 24hours which i did not recieve any and also they told they would solve my query within 24-48hours itz already 48hours and still my issue isn’t resolved and n they don even have the concern to follow back! Snap deal is a fraud!it was ma 1st order

I have lodged a return request on 13th june on my snapdeal account as the product delivered to me is a imported one as it's written on the back of the watch japan movt same i have confirmed with local casio retailer.
I have created a return request for the same but they have closed my complaint.
They are just playing with the customers and making money.now I'll take this issue to the custom india and consumer court.

Item not delivered on time

Hi,
I have received an SMS for arriving order at my place 3rd July 2018 and after calling the 100 times on that number which i received through SMS from snapdeal got my order today on 11th july 2018. whenever i order from other like flipchart or Amazon they are always on time. but with snapdeal my experience was not good in the past. so I might be not going to order anything from you guys.

Call for winning a lucky draw

Got a call saying calling from Snapdeal Lucky Draw dept. The man informed that, you have won the lucky draw of TATA Safari car. Either have to pat Rs. 12,000/- to get the car or pay Rs. 6000/- to get the cash transferred to your account. And is asking to confirm by today itself.

The man who has called is named by Mr. Singh and the no is 7970594723

Please inform whether this is a fraud no or a correct no.

Refund not received even after 72 hours commitment its already 5 days over after cancelled

I have already register a complaint for my refund, after that i had received a call from Snapdeal and assure me that the fund will revert back to you within 72 hours from order cancelled. But its almost 5 days over for that case still no any refund credited to my account.

If refund not received then in that case i will register a complaint against Snapdeal in consumer Court.
