. I received a call from a random number

Respected Sir,

I had ordered 'CareSens II Blood Glucose Monitoring Test Strips-Pack' on 24th June, 2018 bearing order no. 22341746323, this is the first time I have ordered something from snapdeal.

I would further like to state that on 27th June, 2018 at 11:54 a.m. I received a call from a random number (076738 81668) stating that my order details and trying to trick me into believing that I have won a contest wherein I will receive a TATA Safari car, however I denied and disconnected the phone call.

My concern is that how did a third person got my registered phone number from snapdeal and also my order detail which the company undertake to keep confidential, what are the chances the person who called me doesn't have my residential address or my bank details.

This a severe infringement of my privacy and I never expected this kind of behavior from an esteemed and well established organisation like snapdeal,

Holding you responsible for this gross misconduct on your part I need an answer as to why did this incident happened and also a fair compensation for the mental agony caused to me because of you within Seven day from receipt of this complaint.

I have the call recording as well if required I will provide you with the same.

Kindly acknowledge the same and revert.

I would further like to state that on 26th June, 2018 at 11:54 a.m. I received a call from a random number (+91 7091353510) stating that my order details and trying to trick me into believing that I have won a contest wherein I will receive a TATA Safari car, however I denied and disconnected the phone call.

order two nos but received one and pay for 2

i have Ordered Boat 200 headphones 2nos at basic price 499 and delivery charge 49 , for one nos so total i give them 1096rs
And they send only 1 nos instead of 2 and when i try to call them its not possible to communicate with them any how, also Bill in the package for two no's and i get only one so please help me to resolve the problem

Wrong product supplied & return not picked up

My order no. 21967364202 DTD.20.05.2018
I received a wrong product on 24.05.2018. I raised a return request and pickup was scheduled for 26th. However no one turned up to pickup the return. Same evening I received an SMS that the courier partner 's attempt was unsuccessful. I was asked to reschedule within 48 hours, else my return request would be closed. So I promptly rescheduled. This pattern of rescheduling and failed attempts followed by SMS threats continued for 2 more times.(27th & 29th). I have wasted 3 days waiting for the courier boy. I am sure that no attempt , as claimed, is being made to pickup. I have once again rescheduled for pickup. I hope the courier will be successful in picking up as scheduled. I urge you to treat this complaint seriously and resolve.

Dear sir,
I have recently ordered adidas flip flop from snap deal and i have also recieved the order but my problem is that my information have been leaked from snapdeal to some fraud people who had called me and was asking me to deposit money in their account.Ill file complaint against snapdeal for providing my personal information to frauds.
A very dissatisfied customer whos trust towards snap deal have been break down.

I ordered a Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio Essenza (EDP) 100ML For Men from Snapdeal but after checking it I found that its a fake product that is sent to me. More over I am not able to contact them directly and return the product. I will never ever use snap deal. I have cheated for Rs.1700. Its completely a fake product that is delivered.

Received Wrong Product Twice

I had ordered Aivor Analog Watch on 26th March 2018 Order Id:21477567007 through prepaid mode of payment which i received on 29th March 2018 at 11:30 am. This is highly disappointing,that my delivered product was not what i ordered. It was totally a different watch of Lorem Company which is available on your website as Piu collection. I wanted to replace the product so i opened my Snapdeal Application , But i couldnt because the application had not updated the delivery of the order. It got updated after 1pm. After which i could place replacement order on 29th March 2018. After which the order was picked up from my address & replacement of the order was placed from your side after 3 days i.e 2nd April 2018 With suborder id: 26365256090.TOO LONG. NOW MOST DISAPPOINTING IS THAT I RECEIVED THE SAME WATCH AGAIN ON 6TH APRIL 2018 IN THE REPLACEMENT. I DONT UNDERSTANT WHATS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? HOW CAN YOU ALL DELIVER A WRONG PRODUCT TWICE?
