Return denied without any explanation

I have requested return of 2 shoes that I bought from Snapdeal. The request was made almost immediately on receipt as I did not like one and other was big.

My Return Request was cancelled without informing me (via usual sms's and emails). When i found the status on the website and wrote to [email protected], I got a response that "some transactions failed internal quality checks".

No further details were given about -
1) what transactions failed?
2) what internal checks were done?
3) reason for failure?
4) and what bearing do these other transactions have on this transaction to disallow return?

Can some one from Snapdeal help in resolving this?

No refund inspite of promise

Snapdeal delivered wrong product. Collected by them vide receipt number SND############/2017. Every time we call them they promise to refund the money "within 24 hours". But nothing happens. We are senior citizens and feel cheated. We have seen thousands of complaints against this company. The authorities should ban them from trading.

08/06/2017 Order Number 19223986711 for Sunflame 2 Burner Shakti Dx SS

Further to our complaint dated 05 December 2017 in these columns, I received a call from Snapdeal telephone number 0124-6694444
at 16:42 hours on 18/12/2017 and they informed me that my refund will be given "'within 24 to 36 hours maximum". but nothing has happened till the time of writing this (26/12/2017). My advice to all readers is don't be fooled by their huge advertising, you will regret buying anything from them.

Cheating by Snapdeal

1. 08/06/2017 Order Number 19223986711 for Sunflame 2 Burner Shakti Dx SS

2. 14/06/2017 at 1645 hours package delivered and we paid Rs. 1787 in cash.
On checking we found that this was a wrong product namely:
Sunflame 2 Burner Gas Stove Glass Top Classic 2BK
(Incidentally, this is a much more expensive item and if we were dishonest we would have just kept it)
1726 hours, we called Customer Care and requested for return of item and refund.

3. 17/06/2017 Item picked up by Snapdeal vide AWB number SND33026243

4. 18/06/2017 Snapdeal asked for bank details for refund and said “The refund will be credited to your Bank account within 2 hours after that.
Details provided on the same day.

5. 28/06/2017 Refund not received so called Customer Car abd reminded them
They said they have received the returned product bur will not make a refund or give a replacement. They also refused to give any reason. When we insisted they said "it is due to internal checks."' But they refused to specify what they meant by internal check.

6. Previously also they sent wrong or defective products'.

7. Emails sent but no resolution.

8. I and my husband are senior citizens and feel really helpless against these tyrants. PLEASE HELP US RECOVER OUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I made the order for treadmill from snap deal on 24/6/17. My order was confirmed vide no. Order ID: 19342865640 and i made the payment of Rs.19990 from my credit card.They confirmed that by 27/6/17 i would be getting the product but neither they have dispatched the product and nor they are replying to my mails. Please. dispatch my order or take serious action against the co.

They don't provide replacement and refund for my returned order

Dear sir/mam I have ordered Surya accent 11 burner gas stove and orient fan from Snapdeal on 16/05/2017 and after delivery of the iteam I found some Issue in the product as one is defective and other is old and used so I talked to Snapdeal and inform about that they told me to create replacement request I do so and they successfully pick the product and informed me to wait for some days in order to get replacement order I'd which I have placed with them is:-19056889655

Sir I have ordered Surya Accent 11 gas burner and orient fan from Snapdeal they send used and defective product I called them and inform about the issue they told me to return the product and they will provide replacement and then after I have returned the product and they got the returned product and replacement is approved but now today miss Priyanka from their escliation team they said that Snapdeal will not provide refund and replacement on my order but previously they confirmed 100 times that they provide the replacement . Refund not initiate

I ordered a virtual reality headset on 22-April-2017 and I returned it to snapdeal on 25-April-2017 but refund not initiate. All process of quality check are completed and my return request was approved but my money is not refunded.
I call many times to snapdeal but the problem is not solve till now.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I ordered 2 pcs of Swayam Green and Blue Floral cushion covers (Set of 2) [Total 4 cushion covers] Order number- 17835742482, due to sd+ badge for guaranteed quality, which was delivered timely. But out of 4 cushions, print of one of them was entirely different from rest of the 3. I immediately gave a request for replacement( I preferred replacement over refund as the product was very nice), and as per the communication from Snapdeal over email, I repacked all the items(all 4 cushion covers) as original to smoothen the replacement process.
Next very day, NuvoExpress picked the items against AWB number SND3680211 and replaced parts were delivered again BUT I got only TWO CUSHION COVERS AS REPLACEMENT AGAINST FOUR RETURNED BACK, THOSE WERE DEFECTIVE AS WELL (DIFFERENT PRINTS). Now I wanted refund as I am being cheated again with defective item and no whereabouts of Two cushion covers. I got refund of two cushion covers that were picked up by NuvoExpress against AWB no. SND3682752. Till now I have no clue about two pieces of cushion covers and I tried to contact snapdeal customer care many times over phone and through their app and explained my problem to me but they have not got any solution for the fraud I faced.

no update of replacement product

0n 19th December i ordered le max 2 32gb from snapdeal.24th December i received my product. product i received was faulty, fingerprint sensor was not working,same day i request ed for replacement .they took my mobile on 27th December and on 28th December they accepted my replacement and dispatch replacement. after that there is no update and no response from snapdeal custcare and courier company till date. Worst service and worst custcare . No replacement received till today. Suborder id - 21839713345 .

​Today is the 20th December, I have also sent a follow up mail​ 16th Dec, 2016 along with the bank statement of the account which the refund was supposed to be credited into yet no response.

​This is highly preposterous and highly unacceptable coming from an organization of your repute, Your TAT in refunds was supposed to be 4 business days, its been more than 9 Business days. Your TAT is replying to returns follow up was24 hours it's been 5 days. Is this a joke?

Does your company normally take customers and their money for granted.? Kindly spare yourselves the embarrassment of further tarnishing whatever little brand value your company has and initiate a system where customers are paid back their monies without having to resort to extensive follow ups . Pathetic is the word I would use for your company as far as it's policy of repaying back customers..Before you give me a Standard Reply. A mail to this effect has already been sent to [email protected]

Would appreciate the refund asap.
