Poor and fraud delivery service

I have ordered a hard dick from Snapdeal before 10days already. The site keeps changing my date of delivery. I m getting fake messages from Snapdeal saying "Delivery attempt failed" although I had not received any call from courier service. Even today,I had rescheduled the delivery and haven't received the product yet. Kindly do the needful and send me my product. Order ID - 22658137568

Pickup person

Your pick person is not coming to our place to collect the item to be returned and instead he is updating to Snapdeal that "Pickup failed", "We were not able to pickup the product. Request you to confirm if you still want to return the product".
Why your person is acting so irresponsibly?
This is the 3rd Return Request attempt I'm putting up to Snapdeal site.
Kindly tell your person to collect the item and send it back to SD.

Took Product back and did not returned the money.

I have ordered F&D A110 2.1 Multimedia Speakers - Black from snap deal and got the defective one i called and asked for refund the said me to pack it up and give it to the courier boy which was sent by them i did so the sent me mail to fill the bank detail i did filled the bank details but i wrote wrong IFSC code
So bank acc. no was of idbi bank and IFSC code was of my Bank of India's account,I immediately called them to provide me the new link but they never did and refunded money after 14 days of same wrong details and said the refund is successful but everyone know u cant sent the money with acc no. of idbi bank and ifsc code of BOI i called them 10 times as i didn't received the money they said me to mail them the correct bank detail i did do but they never returned my money and they ate all my saving i did for my speakers

I SAVED MY MONEY FOR 6 MONTHS AND THEY TOOK IT FROM ME AND NEVER RETURNED I DON'T HAVE THE SPEAKER NEITHER THE MONEY THEY DIDN'T UNDER STAND WHAT I GO THROUGH EVERYDAY COZ OF THEM. I WILL NEVER EVER BUT ANY PRODUCT FROM SNAP DEAL TILL THEY RETURN MY MONEY

Non payment of refund

I ordered a Voltas AC from snapdeal and it was having functionality issues.So after many calls i was able to arrange a pick up after 10 days later i got refund after 7 days...Then i ordered another Voltas AC similar one, it was delivered on 5 th April and to my surprise it had the same issue as the previous one...As if snapdeal had sent me the same product with a different exterior.When i called them they did the usual sorry n blah blah...But what i didn't understand was that how could same mistake occur twice.such poor are their quality checks.. Anyway the same day i arranged pickup and i was assured that it will be done in 2-3 days...It took 23 days for pickup n that too i droped it myself at personal expense at courier company office JV Express Ranchi.. i kept on calling them every two days to pickup the AC but they didn't arrange for it n top of that these people are messaging n emailing me that Pickup was unsuccessful due to my non availability which was a complete lie..Not once did I get any call from courier company for pickup...I got fed up and asked snapdeal customer executive to give me courier company phone number...N then i dropped it my self...This i did on 25 the April..N now after 10 days of pickup i m still battling to get my refund amount back...I also emailed them the attachment containing the pickup receipt.. This experience with snapdeal has become like a nightmare for me.. These people just know how to harass the customer n make false promises...It's been more than a month now that my 24k rupees are with them.
I am now planning to file a consumer case on them for not paying me for a month and causing mental harassment to me.

Product was damaged but not returnted

I was ordered Videocon mobile bt it was totally defective product. Yesterday I was call snapdeal Customber care for complain regarding and executive say send for engineer.. engineer was come and solve the issue than next facing same problem. And Snapdeal has terms 10 days returning and replacing this product.bt you are say than go-to Videocon Customber care why! Other companies has not terms to say mobile care.. it was very better company by Snapdeal is tooo bad company.i was bought no any product worst company! worst Snapdeal company

Not refunded money in bank account

I didn't get my refund in my bank account. It has been almost 8 days.I tried to contact with the customer care two times but didn't get any satisfaction response from it.. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise I will hire a case on the company by legally. How many days more you need to refund it. My last patience is over now.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased IFB 8Kg Senator Aqua SX 1400RPM Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine from your firm for a consideration of Rs 32399 paid in online vide your Invoice No S9D3D9/16-17/257 and Order ID 15980800463 dated 15-Oct_2016 through Debit Card 6220-XXXXXXXX-5302 of SBI Bank for a sum of Rs 32399 (Rupees thirty two thousand three hundred ninety nine.
The said goods (services) are suffering form the following defects: Rear side of the goods are damaged. It was found when IFB team came for installation of goods on 25-Oct-2016, IFB ticket No. 18627138 dated 24-Oct-2016. IFB team had said that washing machine was not functional due to damaged. The same day I was initiated replacement request with reference no. 33997812 on dated 25-Oct-2016 as per your replacement policy. I received SMS from JVXPRS for pick up the said goods on 01-Nov-2016. I called to courier on mobile No. 7870541225/9771403261, he said that the goods was heavy this type of goods he did not pick up. The same was informed on your call center but no other courier was arranged. I have also been e-mailing to you continuously since 27-Oct-2016 but no reply was received. I called several times to your call center but my problem was not resolved. Today, 18-Nov-2016 I called to your call center, She informed that my request is cancelled and she refused to give senior mobile number and also mailing address.
I have reported the above matter to you several times by phone and e-mail but despite all my pleadings you have not made good the defect in the goods or picked up which is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses/ incurred expenses Rs 32399 and its interest @14% , which you are liable to compensate to me.
You are hereby finally called upon to
• Replace the goods with new goods or
• Return the price / charges paid, and or
Pay compensation for financial loss/interest suffered due to your negligence, in the sum of Rs 32399/- with interest @14 % per annum within 07 days of the receipt of this notice failing which I shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.
I do not know right address of Snapdeal therefore I serve the notice on your e-mail address [email protected] It is admissible in The Information Technology Act, 2000. It is responsivity of the e-mail handler to give e-mail and its attachment to proper person.

Misbehaving by delivery boy

neglegence from snapdeal

sir, i ordered water fountain Order ID: 13215510654 i waited for 7 days then i got this message (Order could not be fulfilled due to seller unable to fulfill. Your order is cancelled now. We apologise for the inconvenience caused) .if u cannot fufill the order then why to show it available in your website. Then i called snapdeal and they said to place order again . i placed .. status till 4 days was prepared for dispatch. so i thought of changing my product and i placed another fountain of seller nvr enterprises.. under home sale of 20% with a sticker Order ID: 13345770931 (2 Items). so they called me in the morning at around 11 am . so i was sleeping so i was unable to pick the phone . so i got a message that my order has been cancelled ..
so i would request you to provide me with my product .. otherwise this will be my worst experience with snapdeal.. i have used snapdeal previously and i had god experience.And one more thing i dont get reply from snapdeal.
most important change your help centre on your website .. no way to directly send mail to snapdeal.
