Daylight robbery

Yesterday I bought a laptop skin Order ID:9152480047 but after transaction I received a sms that the order was not completed and the amount will be refunded.The amount was debited but money was not refunded even after 24 hours.I tried to contact customer care but the phone number was either busy or not reachable.

Non Delivery of item even after abnormal delay

An order was placed by me for In Focus M2 Mobile with my ORDER NO. : 5294690000 on 2015-03-12 at 19:17:52, which was scheduled to be delivered to me as per website information latest by 24th Mar. While tracking its movement it was scheduled to be delivered by 17th Mar to me. I consistently pursued it with both snapdeal as well as Blue Dart courier but no fruitful action rather status remained unchanged except changing the delivery date by 30th Mar. Now 30th Mar is also over but no trace of item/delivery. Even on contact to customer care of snapdeal it is stated that matter has been referred to concerned team and action being taken. Similarly Blue Dart is also silent on the issue. A request has already been against abnormal delay to refund the amount as it defeat the very purpose of purchase of item. When something has gone wrong in between snapdeal could have either dispatched/delivered another piece of item or refunded the amount immediately after failure in service in consultation with me, as keeping the amount and status in abeyance is not in favor of subscriber.
