Spidigo/Pace Internet Fraud

I am planning to file a legal complaint against all directors. We will also inform media about this and make them publish in their newspaper. Its a very big scam and lakhs of consumers have lost their money. We cannot let them make us fool so easy.

internet having no connection

Since last 2 days my net is not working properly.there customer care can't receive call from last 8 days before that they can come to solve problem but in half day the same problem occurs again.till now we faced problem of slow internet connection but from last serval days we faced problem having no internet access.spidigo,come and solve the problem and do the right thing.for contact 8/- Sarthi bungalows ,inside florance recedency, near science city approach ,sola

Worst service by spidigo

I have been going through a problem in my internet connection. I have registered the complaint on 17/7/17 and it has almost been 7 days now(23/7/17), still no engineer person has called or visited me yet although they promise to resolve the problem within 48 hrs of the complain. And about the customer care service center, it is by far the worst service center as per my experience. Employees here have no power to talk to their techinal department or higher authority, that is what they say. They only have one ans everytime I call is "your complain has been reminded."

bad services

since last 12 days my internet is not working. I'm not getting any help from customer care or from any higher authority. they dont pick up call. no responce via mail, no technical support.

Poor Internet service

My name is kavin.
I had spidigo Broadband service since last 4 month.
my spidigo userid is manishapatel
I have to complain for internet in week 3 to 5 times.
but still no one can solve the problem properly.
Customer care service is also very bad.
they will not understand our situation.
complain is closed without confirm to customer.
I had Mbps plan but never get this speed even one time.
I did about not connecting internet but they do not give permanent solution. Always I need to chargeable call and not give proper answer on night time...
please try to solve my problem.

not addressing complaint & service

I have spidigo internet broadband connection at bopal ahmedabad
I have problem in internet connection for which i had logged two complaints to there customer support call center, both time case compliant case was closed without solving problem. No one contact me to understand problem no one visited home & no one confirm if the problem is being solved.

I want to discontinue the service please provide me information.

i have spidigo brodband connetation last 30 month but i renwe my connection 27/5/2015 and 11 th june not provide speed as per plan my plane 512-600 but not providiop speed by spidigo and 28 th july my net is close i complane spidigo complant no but my not connect by spidigo

not provide proper internet service

i just take new connection from spidigo ahmedabad..bt with in 2 days service break down...i complain in costomer care after 2 days engineer came and solve problem...bt within 3 hrs it again break down..no connrction...i complained again...every day only one answer given our engineer will come...bt after week nobody came...even today from costomer care they told me our engimeer is current at your area....and will come till evening...by someone i got his cntct no.i called him and he said would come till evening ...bt no body came...and phone was also switch off...
i paid about 5700 rs before connection was given as advance..bt can use connection only 2 to 3 days proper...very bad service...not provide any service....how can they are permitted in ahmedabad....there are many complain against spidigo..
when i called them for my new connection 2 person called me and within 3 hrs their sales office came even on sunday...and make fake promise about connection....totally waste of money and time.....not any responsible person there....totally froud...

Poorest internet connectivity

Hi,

I opted for Spidigo Internet services - 2 mbps speed, 75 GB data usage for 6 months. It has been 3 months. I could hardly use much of my data plan. Already the speed my PC records is always below 1.5 mbps (they say since it's wireless, it wold be less than the actual speed). Since I opted the connection, I experience more than 10 days - pathetic internet connectivity. Most of the time (at least 15 Hrs a day) internet is OFF. And when it works it works at a speed 0.1 - 0.3 mbps. I complained them 5-6 times. But response is extremely poor. They miserably failed in resolving the issues I face.

If this forum can help me somehow, it'd be great; else such service provider will only loot the consumers openly.

third class net

My SPiDiGO - Broadband and Internet Services is closed from last 4 Days. I am complaining on SPiDiGO-customer care by phone from 22nd May. All of your employees have told it will be work in 12 hours of complaining. but still today it is not working.It is too much embarrassing for me. If it will be nor work today, i will definitely take an action against you.My complaint number is 1500521933.

Worst Speed

I payed for 1mbps plan but my speed is ridiculous
I contacted engineer he excused regarding my pc specification and tried to make me fool but was not knowing that i am computer engineer i then argued and he felt shamed
i demanded for 5.8 ghz device they just replied its against our policy
this is the worst connection i have ever used
they just sit and set the speed from their gadget and that is for sure
i will be definitely going to consumer court against this fellow

Pathetic Services

Spidigo is the worse internet company I have ever seen. I have registered complaint for more than 3 times in a week , yet my problem is not resolved. Their sales man do not know how to talk with the customer, their technician never picks up the phone and once your have tried, if you try again you will find their phone switched off. Trouble Ticket No: 141217612 , Trouble Ticket No: 141213088, Trouble Ticket No: 141218627. Please help to get my money refunded. I am fed up with the third grade company and third grade people to deal with. This is the biggest price a customer pays being an Indian

REFUND ISSUES.....

Please note that Spidigo ill treats their customers after having taken the connection. I am a customer of theirs since 2011. Lately in 2014 when I renewed my connection paying Rs.6299.00, for unlimited plan, since then it started giving problems. Even after complaining them over phone, visiting their office & thru mail as well, there was no proper reply/ action from their side. Lastly when I insisted on rectifying the problem technician came for number of times but failed to resolve the problem. finally Spidigo only suggested me to go for dis connection & respecting their advise I opted for dis connection. Then the question of refund came and then all the natak baji started from their side. Finally I got a call from them telling me that the refund amount would be Rs1929.00 out of Rs.6299.00 which I paid, for renewal.
This was on the 28.10.2014 and ever since I am asking them to give break up of the refund amount has been calculated, they are not responding. Yes the person who called to give the figure of Rs.1929.00 only specified that Rs.500.00 has been deducted towards dis connection charges. I fail to understand that when they only suggested to go for dis connection, why should I be penalized for the same. I never wanted the dis continuation but due their in efficiency or what ever reason, I was not getting the connectivity.
This is posted in interest of my consumer friends who are thinking of getting Spidigo connection with a request to think twice before doing so.
This is happening to me when I was user of Spidigo since 2011, so better watch out friends.
Humiliated Consumer of Spidigo...PRECAUTION IS BETTER THAN CURE....

wifi is not working, No internet connection

My user id is pankil.bhatt. I have done complain 4 days ago regarding my totally net connection is off. I have done complain and they saying will come tomorrow. But still my problem has not been reaolved. I m very tired with poor service. I m very very desatisfied from spidigo service. 2 days ago i have renew my plan. But i think i have taken wrong decission about renew. So i want my connection to be done proper start i. 2 days or else i want my Money refund. I will be wait for your reply.

Connectivity and Speepd Problem

Since last three days speed of Spidigo is to low..when called customer care they said we set things write from here now check your net..at that time works well....and after two days of that again same problem occurs..even 150mb file takes 2hours for downloading...its ok....but it shows error CONNECTION FAILED....No Solution....Third Class Service....OF Spidigo....

POOR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE

I HAVE TAKEN THE SPIDIGO INTERNET ON 4th FEBRUARY.MY PLAN IS OF 512kbps AT DAY AND 1mbps AT NIGHT.DURING THEIR INSTALLATION THEY HAVE SAID THAT THEY DON'T CHARGED IF THERE IS CHANGE IN ADDRESS NOW AFTER FOUR MONTH OF USAGE I HAVE TO SHIFT MY HOME AND SO THE INTERNET.NOW THEY HAVE CHANGE THEIR PLAN AND EVEN NOT INFORMED US AND NOW CHARGING Rs 500 FOR SHIFTING WORK.FOR ONE MONTH THEY BEHAVE AS THEY ARE GIVING THE INTERNET AS FREE USAGE AND STOP MY SERVICE AND THEIR SALES PERSON EVEN NOT ANSWERING MY CALL.ONCE THEY DEMAND WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR IT AND I HAVE SUBMITTED ALSO BUT TILL DATE THEY ARE SAME.PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS KIND OF ROAD SIDE'S COMPANY'S INTERNET.

I agree,

Spidigo is not a reliable connection. I am not at all able to work due to internet issues. Nobody listen us and try to resolve the issue. Not a single person can understand technical problems.

I personally advise to everybody that none should select spidigo. There are many other internet providers available.

Refund process

SPIDIGO is really Fraud, cheater, mother fucker company they are always do cheating with peoples.

they are not refunds my payment since last 25 days.
i Really Disappointed with your payment refunds approach
i have already gives your marketing sales person (Shafeeq) cheque on 22th-Oct-2011
and after just 1 days i told him that please don't deposited the cheque because other internet service providers gives us more speeds plan then you so i told him i don't wants to takes your spidogo net.

but unfortunately he still deposited the cheque and because of that i wants my payment back from you guys. (and that is why i am not get any USER ID yet i know.)

i also meet at your office personally on 27-Oct-2011. even they persons also note down my address and mobile no etc. and your person told me that you will get your payment refunds till Saturday 31-Oct-2011 max but still i didn't able to get my payment back. i means whats rubbish is this.

still i call your customers care officers they told me we didn't get this any payment refunds request yet.
i already calls more then 3 times today and discussed this issue regarding payment refunds. but still didn't get any reply from your side that when i can get back my payment.

NO WIRELESS CONNECTION THROUGH ROUTER

I am fully agree with you. I also agree with that. Because in my case during demo they tried and said that it is possible to use BSNL router. But once I paid them, now their engineer is not configuring and now sales person is giving false commitments.
