Unprofessional Behavior And Services

This escalation complaint is regarding the service of SRS Travel From Bangalore to Ngapur on date 31/08/2017. I have boarded on bus from Bangalore to Hyderabad is all well going but in Hyderabad driver n conductor is boarding passenger without ticket in travels.And I can understand passenger feelings but even after telling them they are not listening and complaint is regarding they are giving instructions that passenger belongings is not our responsibility but we are carrying valuble things with us if passenger travel without ticket and if they stole our valuable things they don't have there records nothing then who will be responsible for our belongings.And this is not a personal issue it is in the public interest.

Loss of Phone

I was travelling from Kodaikanal to Bangalore on 23rd July 2017. I had my phone in the bus and that is quite evident from teh google location history. I found the phone missing the moment I reached home. I tried calling SRS several times for checking if the driver or cleaner has found the phone. There was no positive response.
Either SRS travels has allowed someother person to enter the bus and rummage through our luggage, or SRS drivers / cleaners are not honest.
Just avoid travelling in this bus

Luggage

This isn't the first time, I have faced this problem earlier also. The driver is not allowing customers to keep luggage in coach luggage but forcing to keep on cabin though there is free space..

irresponsibility of cabin crew

Dear sir/madam

I naik kiran has booked 05 tickets from pune to bangalore on 02/05/2017, in which my senior citizen parents were also travelling. the bus timing was at 10.30pm nasik to bangalore and seat no.s were 4L,1L,4U,5U,6U. as i am a regular traveller of SRS i trusted the bus service. but this was the worst experience that my family has faced.the pick up point was swargate near laximinarayana theatre & my family was waitng there from 10.30pm. the cabin crew has given me a call from the no.9325001127 and very rudely said that you have to come to next stop as the bus has left, i requested him to wait for a minute, but he very adamantly disconnected the call.than my family had to plead to the auto drivers to drop them to the katraj stop by paying the auto Rs500.the cabin crew for very wrong intention didtn wanted to board my family and make quick bucks.the behaviour of the cabin crew was so shocking in an alien city.I used to travel so frequently with SRS, but now i have to think twice before booking and recommend others to book.My parents suffered a lot and they are mentally shocked after the incident.Who is going to pay for all this.I recommend strict action for the persons responsible for this nightmare.

Connecting bus not wait

Dear sir

I had book Tickets from koembedu Chennai from your office, after long discussion your operater given me Chennai to Bangalore then Bangalore to Mumbai bus Tickets.

Your Chennai to Bangalore bus depart and reach late its not my fault, and they are not wait for me even i take auto and reach your majestic office at 11pm. But your staff +919900034559 is not having sense to talk with passenger. This is very bad Experience i face while travel with SRS Travels

SRS Travels - Worst logistics service

05.03.2017 08:28 AM. I was lodged 3 boxes from Bangalore to Nagercoil.When I was went to book the logistics @ Bommanahalli office there were people are not responding customer with proper manner.Finally they provided me 700 bill and charged me by 150 INR extra for loading charge without any bill while once delivered @ Nagercoil drivers charged again 150 for dispatching reason. Totally I was spend 300 INR for only boarding/dispatching without any bills. I request you to management make clear to things to be customer point. I definitely thinking about to do get service Again

Non-informative/refund

Hi,

I had booked 4 sleeper seats on 11th of September 2016 from Bangalore to Badami. PNR number: 14644567
Due to Cauvery river issues,we were unsure of the availability of the buses and so we tried to reach SRS travels on all the numbers mentioned on their website- 080-49055550, +91 9901322266, 080-26801617. The mobile number was switched off and only one landline number was being answered by an agent who DID NOT know anything about the status of the buses.
We had to travel all the way to Anand Rao Circle and only then did they inform us that all the buses for all the routes are cancelled and the bus fare shall be refunded within 10 days.

The bus was scheduled at 9:30 and the message informing the cancellation of buses was sent at 8:55 (After we already went to the boarding point and were informed about the status). The travels were so irresponsible to inform us beforehand!

Its been 10 days now and when I call the complaints number- 9901322266, the agent says that he would start the refunding process ONLY AFTER the customer calls them and asks for refund?
The agent asked if I want a coupon or refund amount and I clearly asked him to simply refund the money.

A week later, on 28th September, SRS travels sends us a mail offering a coupon with the same amount when I had clearly asked them to not offer any coupon.
When I call the travels, they say this is how the policy is?

Is this how the policy is? Isn't it the travels responsibility to refund the amount the very next day from the day of cancellation? Perhaps simply do what the customer feels convenient.

Its been 20 days now and there is still no information on the refund amount. When called the complaint/refund helpline number, they have no idea about the procedure and they do not even do what is asked and expected of them!

This has been a very disappointing issue with SRS travels. We expected it to be a reputed and responsible travels but what they just said on the call is really disappointing and sounds so irresponsible!

Oh and I also mailed them on [email protected] and it has been more than a week since I sent the mail. But do I need to say? There hasn't been any response from them!

reckless driving

I traveled to Belgaum on 28th Sept 2016 by Multi Axle AC sleeper- vehicle No 0563, boarding time at Yeshwanthpur at 11.30 pm. The drive was smooth upto Davangere. From Davangere another driver drove the vehicle at very high speed and did not reduce the speed at the curves, resulting in my body swaying from side to side. Also he braked suddenly 2 to 3 times. I could not sleep from 3.00 AM onwards.

I boarded the same bus from Belgaum to Bngalore at 10.00 PM on 29.9.16, and the same driver drove upto Chitradurga in the same manner. I spoke to him , when the bus had stopped near Dharwad for dinner, but he did not heed to my suggestion and continued upto Chitradurga. Another Driver drove from there and the journey was very good.

I am a regular traveller by SRS and that too by the same bus. I booked into this Multi Axlesleeper bus by paying additional amount only because I wanted a good sleep, but the attitude of this driver brings bad impression on the entire system .

Please warn him.

Misbehaviour Worst worst ever seen types staffs and buses

PNR 14744378 from Bangalore to Belgaum on 23rd Sep 2016,

I have worst experience in SRS travels my trip and the way staff behaviour is worst and I never seen this kind of staffs behaviour I don't know why SRS have this kind of attitude issue's.

After I slept my seat screen got fell down and I approach to your staff to rectify issues but he argues with me my self only done purposely.

Also seat is not cleaning and over all I can say this is worst worst bus services.

My Worst experience with SRS travels

I have travelled from bangalore to shirdi which started at 8 am from bangalore. I am new to shrdi and travelling in this type of sleeper buses. I don't know when i reach shridi. I had a hope that cleaner of busstand might help me to get awake and get down from bus once i reached shridi. But unfortunately i crossed 150 KM's from shridi and i just found it once i suddenly waked. When i asked them, they simply asked like shirdi was gone already. so they left me in some unknown place at 4 am alone. Later after a long struggle, i got a another bus via shridi and payed 300 to reach shridi again with lot of seating issues on it. Suppose if this issue happened with any ladies along with us means what will happen? Police asking me the details and no one is ready to help me there.

So we all know it is sleeper seated bus, so passengers always sleeping there. Then how we get awake at right place and right time to get down. So SRS travels is responsible to get down from bus at right place right? because they having the list of passengers, seats and their destination but no useful. just for begging money. Why the SRS travels collected 2000 rupees from me which is higher rate than other travels.

What the role of driver's assistant and he just simply sleeping and cleaning the bus. So they are much aware about their particulars only and not about customers.So please don't prefer SRS travels and they not worrying about their customers and they just need huge money. Very worst travel experience.

Wrong Non-refund policy

I booked a ticket at 24-04-16 at 10:18 AM with Ticket No: 13219588, Bangalore to Surathkal by mistake 10:30AM instead of 10:30PM.

I called several customer care numbers and no one has helped me to modify/change the ticket, am not asking for refund and I request this ticket should be re-booked today for 10:30PM for which they refused and rudely disconnected phones.

How can they allow me to book a ticket for 10:30AM departure service at 10:18AM and the policies mentions:

Less than 4 hours from the station departure time: 100%

taking ticket fare and not issuing ticket

I have booked ticket in srs travels from banglore to rameshwaram on 18th April 2016. My seat numbers are 4u 5u and 6upper in non a/c sleeper. We were travelling 4 people of age group 38years male , 37 years female, 10 years male and 4 years male. We have not taken ticket for 4 years child while booking ticket. The cleaner of bus number 5614 collected rs 400 towards ticket for half ticket and has not issued ticket.

As you can see above mobile number is provided with journey details , I was just two min late they were supposed to call me as I have not boarded the bus but instead I called them 10 times they are discoonecting my call this clearly indicates they wanted to take other passenger in my seat to make additional money......when they give mobile numbers it should be useful ...plz take action against such crew members or srs employees.

Refund delay

This complaint is against SRS travels.

I booked the ticket online and due to some reasons I cancelled the ticket on 25/05/2015 and the message saying that my money will be refunded back to my account. within 7 days. So I waited for 7 days I didn't receive the refund so I contacted the SRS team via there customer care number 9901322266. Firstly the person on call was very rude and at the end of the call said that from our end money is been refunded and sent one mail stating same. I contacted my bank taking the hard copy of same mail. They checked by there end and they said that SRS have not refunded the amount please contact the SRS travels itself. Again I called the travels and again the same person was very rude and refused to proceed my complaint further and disconnected the call. I tried calling again more then 8 times the SRS person disconnected my call every time. Please to the needful.

Online Cheating

I have cancelled a Ticket which was booked on last November 2014 and i got a mail regarding the refund coupon andi have communicated over the mail ([email protected]) for refund to my account. Till now They have not refund the amount. Pls Take action against the SRS Travels for cheating and fraud Online Money transaction.

very poor and uncooperative staff

I and my mom were travelling from bangalore to mumbai on feb 18, 2015 on srs travels sleeper bus no 1418. The bus was scheduled to leave anand rao circle by 2:30pm.
We were a bit late due to traffic, so called the driver and requested to wait for another 5mins... To which he rudely replied to come to rajajinagar.

Another incident was when he stopped bus for snacks break..
We were still eating our food, while the bus was leaving. I ran out to inform them that we were still eating, to which he rudely replied to come soon or they'll leave. They did not even take a head count to ensure all passengers had arrived or not. Nor did they come to announce that the bus is leaving...

I've travelled so much using this travels, this is the first time I'm getting such pathetic and disgusting service.

So totally done with srs travels

extra fare for luggage

I hav been using SRS travels all the time but once when I wanted to carry a trolley but these SRS travels baggers asked me an extra hundred rupees... If they're so desperate for money why can't they beg somewhere near a temple.. I tried my best but they forced me n threatened me ! No where in the ticket says i should pay more for extra bags! Horrible management I will post this in all my public site... Ppl don't give business to this a*s hole..

SRS travels treatment for Accident passengers

Hi,

I & family were travelling from Bangalore to Tenkasi on 16th Agu'14 and the bus service was operated by SRS travels sleeper bus. During the journey the bus was detrailing in the midnight from the road around 2 to 3 times and observed that the bus driver was sleeping and driving the bus. And he somehow managed to drove the bus then around 2.30am the bus directly hit the another heavy truck at Karur and durign this massive hit the bus came to halt and all passengers who were travelling got minor injuries. Then all the passengers were divided and put them into another bus walk ways and dropped at Karur SRS ticket booking agent place around 4am and no first aid for injured passengers. And passengers were try to reach SRS concern focal and no response also contacted 108 emergency service and no major casualities so no response. Also we were trying to reach local police station and the number 100 was busy from 4am to 5am and don't know the another contact number and local people not willing to share the police number because they may get into trouble later by SRS or police. After arguing with local SRS agent then spilit the passengers into different buses and drop them to Madurai. And everyone traveliing by sitting in side and walk ways in the SRS bus. After reaching madurai SRS asked to board another bus which is coming from Chennai to travel Rajapalyam there the driver stopped in mid way then told that some other bu will come and pick us. Then we reached to local police station and the police office informed us to go and have breakfast and wait for another bus at 12pm next day. And nobody to answer our queries and SRS complaint centre not ready to answer passenger queries and no first aid to injured people. Finally we decided to arrange the taxk by self and reach the home and went to hospital for treatment. The message here the system what we have for emergenecy, police and service provider won't work if you are in trouble so if you get into this kind of situation please take precaution and take care of you. Be safe.

Very worst time keeping

I am travelling madurai to hosur (10.45pm sleeper non ac) in SRS travels now, I am experiencing very worst time keeping from drivers.Already bus was late for one hour now they are stopping in more stops for having tea I think more than 5 Places and in bus there was s 12 tons of parcels loaded so bus is very slow....driver and staffs are not interested in customer needs....

BED BUGS AND CHARGE MORE FARE

SRS is the worst poor maintenance travels I have ever seen in my life. I travelled with my kids from bangalore to nagercoil in 2+1 sleeper bus last week. Couldn't able to sleep due to bed bugs. Driver & cleaner already knew this bed bug problem. But they are saying management is not taking action on it. My kid is suffering from allergy due to bug bites. Please take action against the travels.

SRS Travels is charging more amount during festival seasons. Actual fare was Rs.750, but festival seasons they are charging Rs.1800. It's almost thrice the normal amount. Please take immediate action.

Inconvenience in seat allocation

I booked ticket on 18/08/2013,PNR Number: 3896865 , Seat No: 22.so i was travelling on 18/08/2013,from mudhol to Bangalore. My next seat it should allocate to FEMALE but it allocated to MALE. I asked to driver also,but they dint responded. It was very horrible travel from mudhol to Bangalore. And i given Feedback to SRS travels,but even they dint responded to that mail. It was very uncomfortable to travel in SRS. Its good if i booked other travel agencies.
