no money return

simply hate this online shopping portal they show something and sell something .I ordered pack of 5 kurtis and jeggings for rs 1348 to my surprise when i received out of five one top was torn at places and the quality even worst than those of footpath clothes and when i dialled customer care number they simply denied to refund my money and said only size exchange for higher billing products..even after requesting her for 10 minutes that stubborn lady didnt agree to return my money(i even said wud buy something else wid d same amount) i want to say these people please be transparent in your business and stop looting people i have learnt a big lesson by shopping from so called shop cj will never ever purchase from cjs.Guys please dont waste your hard earned money in buying cheap clothes from shop cj.

very poor quality

I ordered Arya pack of 8 Kurta and two leggings but I got a total different product. I want my refund back or else I will go to the court or police station and complain regarding you people. I got only a piece of a cloth material which is not a proper size of kurta .. @shopcj just wait and watch what I do... I will be posting about you guys on social media and also will take you guys to consumer forum.just get back to me with my money

VERY POOR QUALITY

They Are Thief they don't have refund poilcy i have called once their customer care stupid girl said we only exchange the item if we think that your reason is genuine or not (Genuine My foot) They are theif's all other online websites have good return and refund policies so stop shopping from Shop CJ and buy anything from anyt where but not from Shop Cj (Very Poor Quality)

Damaged Product Received, Forcing for exchange of product

I had ordered for d product(Misstyle Lady Shaver worth Rs1200) which i received in damage condition and product was also looking as if it's an old stock. I called up customer service on 21st Mar'17 for complaint, my complaint was registered and I was informed within 48hrs I will get d resolution. On 22nd Mar'17 I received msg related to product despatch. I called up the service to check d details, I was informed that product has been sent. I had spoke with one of d agent called Shabnam & made her clear about the issue that I am facing. I also checked for the complaint status. I was informed by the executive (Shabnam) that product can be exchanged only in first attempt. If exchanged product is also damaged then they will process for the money refund. I spoke to their Manager who was also informing the same thing.

I don't understand which type of policy is this???? If customer doesn't want d exchange product then will d company not give back d customer's money. What bullshit process does SHOP CJ follow.

No company has any right to block customer's money. If customer is not satisfy with d product and wants to return back d product then customer has complete right to get their hard earned money....

Refund not given cheap quality

First of all #STARCJ# chor hai.Biggest online disgusting company i have seen ever i have been chasing for my refund since a month yet not got they say i got call but i did not no communication nothing till now. First of all they provide with cheap quality products and for your own money you have to call them so many times ..bloody cheap people give my refund back .....STAR CJ Chor

Product returned but no refund of money

I had ordered a product - Gloria Set of Necklace, Bangles from shopCJ in OCT 2016. When we received the product in Nov 03 or 04, we found that one chain was missing. So i called the customer care to complain regarding this. After few days, pickup boy came and collected the product for return. My mom was at home when he came. The pick up boy told my mom that they do not give receipt on pickup now and took the product with him. Next week , I called customer care of shopCJ to ask when will we receive the refund of our product. Customer care attendee said, the product is in warehouse and we will get a call to ask account details from shopcj. After that, We got a call and gave account details. Next week, we received a call saying amount has been refunded. But when we checked the account, amount was NOT credited/refunded in my account.

Since, last three months, i am chasing shopCJ to get refund of my money. Everytime they say "call tomorrow, day after tommorow, Our customer care executive will call you back in 48 hours" But all lie....

Today, i talked to complaint department of shopcj on call. A female over call, told me i wont get refund of money as i do not have receipt of return. I fought with her and told your pickup boy lied that they do not give receipt now and collected the product.
Now they do not have track of who picked up the product in that area of city where i stay.She told me they cant help me with this.. I lost the money.... It's like its their plan to cheat innocent customers like this..first they only do not give receipt and they say we cant refund...Their pickup boy and delivery boy are also involved in this...

shop cj

I ordered pack of 10 double bedsheets on which shop cj was offering 3 blankets free by paying Rs.3000 on 15.01.17. I received parcel on 19.01.17. to my surprise 3 blankets were of the same design and same colour and cheap and worst quality. ok when i opened bed sheet it was torn, all were of bad and cheap and poorest bad quality. It seem of too much old stock seemed as if it will get tear off by slight pull. What is this. Can any one take action against this company plating with public. People trust and place order. I this the commitment of company towards public. When buyers are ready to pay why company is providing inferior material ? When i talked with them and requested to take off their material friom my home and refund my money. They replied that they will replace the product. Now what quality of bedsheet they are going to replace from the old stock ????? Shop cj should be restricted from selling outdated products

No delivery! No refund! No one take responsibilty

I booked a mobile few days back, and at that time expected delivery was 5-7 days but on tracking my order, status was stayed at order confirmed and not even being shipped till 7th day. Given that I needed urgent delivery, I requested customer care to confirm a tleast delivery date, upon which I was told over phone as well as over email that I shall receive my phone in 5-7 days. Again, when I included escalation email id, I got a phone and email confirmation saying that my order has been cancelled and a refund request is being processed, and will get credited to my account in 3-5 working days. After again 6 working days, only when I follow up they send an email with incomplete details around my refund. Again I follow up asking for clear transaction details for my refund and then they said, my refund request has been processed and will take 5-7 working days for the amount to get credited. I am fed up with following upon these guys, and now offer also has passed by at another website for phone that I wanted to buy. I have still not received refund nor got a phone! This has been the most inconvenient and disgustingly pathetic experience so far with online shopping! I mean if you cant promise to deliver a phone at the said discounted price for which your customer has already paid, how could you continue to accept the payment in the first place!! I am never gonna buy anything from Shop CJ and also will tell almost everyone that I can reach out to that never to deal with Shop CJ as well!!!

Electrolux charged high

Shop cj is a cheater...u r cheating people by luring them..showing them so much of gifts..
I purched a microwave oven for 6000 plus n they showed us on tv so many free gifts...n the gifts were horrible...worst quality in my life..
The microwave in vijay sales is costing 4500..n these guys charged almost 7000..
Is this how u cheat people..
Is this what ur standard is..
I need my money back..or else now social network is not far...
N will spread the news in such a ways..that u will hv to shut ur company ..reply asap..

Continous Calls from SHOP CJ

Calling like a beggar for money.
Will Shop CJ give any product without any money.
Why to call from a recorded line 4-5 times to keep cash money ready.Today i.e 3rd Nov 2016, I have received calls 4-5 times in a single day from shop cj from this number 02244443412 and disturbing my day by begging for money.
Guys do not register your mobile number with shop cj,they will keep calling and harrasing you like beggar to keep cash ready for the product ordered.
The customer support of shop cj is just a non sense people,did not delete my mobile number 9930267930 from their database.
I will be lodging compliant with mumbai cyber cell police,as i have the trail email details of my compliant.
Have some shame SHOP CJ.

mene shop cj se ek mobile book kiya tha wo product mujhe mil gaya h but isme bahut sari problem h ye mene coustomer care me phone kar ke complain likhai thi k muje y mobile nahi chaahiye ye return kar lo lekin aap ke yaha se clear baat nahi karte he or dusre no p call karne ka kahete h agar hum dusre number p call karte h to waha se kahete he ke return karne ki policy hamaari nahi he aap shop cj complain department me call karo ajar hum shop cj complain department me call karte h to de-teen tarah ki baat karte h baraabar reply nahi dete he m abhi tak 15-20 time shop cj complain department me call kar chuka hu please call me and final reply...

Not getting any response.

I had ordered 101 dinner set and i recieved order after 3 days but quality of product is worst than worst. I had applied for refund and all executives are saying same thing refund will be given in 7-10 days d its being 20 days neither any dilevery boy came nor any call. I just want my money back.

Return and refund

The service which company is providing is really pathetic... I had ordered pack of 6 Kurtis by Huma they sent only 5 of them , moreover the quality of the product was also not the same as they had shown in the advertisement on TV. The quality of the dress material is worse than what we get from the roadside not expected by such a big channel... It was a total disappointment for me in this festive season.

ORDERED ITEM YET TO RECEIVED

order placed on 29th sep 16.... it has cancelled by your delivery service provider. shop cj executive again take a fresh order on 4th oct 16. today is 14th oct 16....yet not received the material.
10 times talked to your different executives. but all are inefficient and bullsheet simply. no reaolution.

please look into the matter.

Shop cj has worst customer service .. am request u every body plz do not buy any product.. All products are damage ... i have faced big problem from customer service. 3 times i received damaged product and after 4 months i received my money back after i made 46 phone calls to customer service. Worst worst worst.....

I buy 10 bedsheets from shop cj. Quality of bedsheets is too bad. I call to customers care they said they have no return policy and advice me not to call again. You should close shop cj and not make fool of customers.

Order spice mobile on 15 Aug ,2016

Dear Friends,

No. One chor company.
Poor and non professional executives.
Advised to all friends not to buy any any product from this chor company.
They collect money from people and don't supply timely product.
Cancel ordered items without your consent.
Commerce industry has to immediately close these chor company who are making fools to people by deliver wrong and garbage products.

After more than 150 calls and rigorios discussion with executive got my refund.

Once again request you all don't buy any product from this company neither from television show nor internet surfing.

Complaint order not received

Dear shop CJ .. I, shashi bala r/o chandigarh ,house no. 502 c sector 46 A chandigarh 160047 have ordered 3 pants from shop CJ on of June 2016.. But due to size problem I have returned my parcel for replacement on 2 July 2016. But till today I haven't received my parcel.. After So many followups from customer care on telephone, they told me your shipment is on the way and u vll definitely receive it ....but unfortunately till date I have not received my parcel. I am fedup from customercare excuses. I requested you to please cancel my order and refund my money in the same account as given below. Otherwise I will take action on that delayed shipments and harassment. . I don't want any excuses. Now it has been 3 months..finally if I vll nt get my money back in next two days. .m gonna sue you for harassment in labour court...

Ordered 2 Trousers, Very CHEAP Quality ... Requested Refund .... NO RESPONSE

Ordered 2 Trousers on 3rd August and while placing order, Representative said material is Cotton and when i received it. it is very CHEAP Polyester. Made several calls and all the time they will say will request refund/exchange after that no action. Fed up this unprofessional approach. SHOPCJ is third class company. not to deal any more.

I have filed a complaint in Consumer forum. This company selling very CHEAP product NOT TO BUY anything .
