My parents invested 25 lacs in star cooperative society. It was matured in February 2021 till now single rupee got refunded. All our investments kept here full waste of money. It's big fraud.

Now, I would like to know that can I avail facility of any type of loan against the said investment for addition/alteration in my existing house.

Other day when I went to get the claim, They told the RD maturity will be 'thought of giving in parts' And the FDs will see only after maturity. Looking the office status and their way of communication, I feel I have been cheated as I may not get any returns. Can I have a suggestion from you how to go about it and what to to do. I am in need of money badly for Achademic year fees of my children. Please guide me how to go about it. Total invested money is Rs 2.4Lacs
