Booking In Supertech Offiers Enclave

I had booked a floor three years back in Officers Enclave in L Block . The construction of which is not yet started. Kindly help me if somebody can.

Non payment of emi to bank by builder as agreed


I have booked Supertech Azalia in 2016 under subvention scheme whose possession date was Dec 2019. Now before one year as that property was not under Rera at that time, when Rera came they registered their property under Rera and extended possession date to 2022. As we were end users we asked them to upgrade my project and shift it to somewhere where possession is soon.Then they shifted my property to Supertech officer's enclave whose possession date is 2020. Now as Azalia's possession time period was 3 years and they didn't have possession and also stopped paying emi to bank...now we are liable to pay those emi....and we are paying since 3-4 months as they are saying that they have no money to pay.my bank procedures are balance for officers Enclave....

Now I am paying emi of bank....bank has already disbursed 30 lakhs to Supertech and we had paid 6 lakhs as down payment....now what do we do...we are in so much dilemma.pls someone help on this matter...even I am ready if they swap us in Noida to ready to move project.

Delay in possession

Purchased a flat in Supertech Hues 2016 under possession linked plan and was promised a possession in 2018 June.

Until now there is no update on the project.

They have sent a cancellation letter saying that payment(superstructure completion) is due for past one year.

I have requested them to share the possession date which they are unable to fulfill the request.

On what basis should I do the payment if I have no clue on the possession date when it is already been delayed by 1 year now.

Non delivery of apartment purchased 2.5 years back

Dear Sir,

With due respect, I would like to convey my inconvenience for non- delivery of 2BHK apartment in project Supertech Hues, Sector-68 Gurgaon. I purchased this property on Oct-2016 but have seen negligible construction status to my tower. I have been following up with Supertech authorities many times over mail and verbally but non-cooperation from their sides. Since the stake is very high and I feel cheated by this company. Would request you to please help me to get compensation price at earliest.

supertech using 'unfair business trade' to gain business

I made a booking in Supertech Azalia, Sec-68 project on commitment that possession will be offered latest by Sep-19 however when I received allotment letter 2 months back, they mentioned possession date as Dec 2021 which is not possible for me to wait. I also checked on their website for Azalia project and can see, they have mentioned completion date as Dec-18 to gain business which is completely false promotion.

It's been almost over a month now since I have been consistently following up Supertech for my booking cancellation(Azalia Unit No T5/2008) but no gain. I now have lack of trust on SuperTech commitments due to such 'unfair business trades'. I also ended up spending lots of efforts in personally contacting most of SuperTech Leaders/Sales/CRM members however no gain as none of them aren't even responding whenever tried over phone/cell.

I have now raised up this dispute to 'National Consumer Helpline' (reference 505914) and will chase them via consumer court to refund back my hard earned money. I have plan to drive campaign in my corporate office as well as on social media against SuperTech and would request other impacted buyers to join me to such false trade practices by developers.

In-case SuperTech still feel responsible for such potential buyers, then requesting them to refund my booking amount asap.

Intrest for delaying refund not provided. ISO certificate copy not shown

I had booked a unit in Basera, cancelled the same as promised area was reduced. I had to follow up for 8 months to get my refund. Had to even visit the office numerous times as they would not pick calls from your number.
Now when I ask them for interest amount for delaying the refund, as per ISO policy, they simply dnt reply to the emails and dont entertain any call.. On asking them to show a copy of ISO certification, which is not confidential in any form, they are again ignorant towards emails.
Truly, I doubt if this company is ISO certified or not.

Transfer contact number to Agent/Broker

Management team of supertech ( Hues). Its very simple for supertech salesman transfer contact number to Agent/Broker. I visited for Hues sec-68 and they directly sent me to the broker office and told instead of company(Supertech) they will give you heavy discount. It was VERY DISAPPOINTING moment for me. and from that day till continuously salesman and broker calling me for the best deal. HOOOooooooooooooooooooooooo.
