Starting problem-change of Motor Assy starting-ACC

Hello team

I am Santhosh V A, I bought this Product Suzuki Access 125 on 28 October 2017 from Paravur Motors, N.Paravur, Ernakulam District, Kerala . I felt some issues many times while ride and starting problem. Then I informed it to the persons concerned in the agency. But now it is only 2 years after purchase it needed a change of Motor Assy starting-ACC and many other changes and I don’t understand why such a qualified branded product go wrong so soon. I couldn't find a complaint filing website or email so writing it here hoping you could help me with this problem. Please contact me and do the needful.

Poor Service

I have purchased my access on 2013 and after that i am giving to service on jose automobiles angamally authorized Suzuki service center but 03 months before i given to service and they changed the oil and yesterday suddenly vehicle got stopped while running same checked with the local workshop guy and found there was no engine oil and after the oil change of last service i hardly driven 500 km only and now i have to change the piston and its road and the crank. While cross checking with other workshop as per them they didn't put oil on last service.If any compliment is there on the oil seal then they have to rectify the same on last service because they done a full service for the vehicle.they are simply not doing any service to the scooter and only washing the vehicle and delivering to customers and i cross checked with some other customers of same servicing center all are having same complaint that they are not servicing properly and putting duplicate accessories and charging original price for it .
