Poor Mileage

Dear Concern
My Company has assigned me Suzuki Mehran 2017 model last year since then i am facing severe problem that My Car is giving me the mileage of 12 kilometer per liter on long route and 10 KM on local with out AC while with AC it reduces up to 8 KM per liter on long rout . I have consulted your Suzuki Center 6th road number of times but they were unable to trace fault now that center has been shifted to jhelum This month i went to I/9 center but result is same today i have faced another problem I was on my way to Abbotabad i was driving with out AC all of sudden Car started getting Heated up i parked it on road side when i opened its bonnet i saw Mobile oil spilled on its battery along with roof of bonnet then i consulted a local mechanic immediately he said that this is gear oil which came from its exhaust pipe attached near battery He said that these days Pak Suzuki is assembling these cars from third grade Material that is why these type of problems are very very common in New models He also mentioned that PAK SUZUKI instead of importing A grade Euro ii engine they are importing third grade scrap Engines in order to compete price in Market that is why these problems are consistently occurring in New models.
So Kindly guide me where to go for this fault how it will be removed During 10 months i have traveled only 18500 kilometers Hoping for quick response because Now Prestige of Pak Suzuki is at stake I you will not respond me then it will confirm the statement of local mechanic regarding import of THIRD GRADE SCRAP ENGINE.

Water Leakage

Respected Sir,
My name is Shahzad Shaikh and I am living in Karachi Pakistan. I have an issue in my car Suzuki Mehran (Model 2012, VXR and Reg No. AYM-020) since Dec, 2016. So I had given my car to Suzuki Defence Motor for two weeks to repair in Jan, 2017. After the complete checkup of car they said that there is leakage in water tank that is inside the engine and the cap of radiator is also leakage. After two weeks when I collect my car they charge Rs.16,000 and issue didn’t solved and water is also leaked. When I contact the Suzuki defence motors and tell the issue they said it will be settled within a weak. Now again I had given my car to Suzuki Motors defence for the same issue, they also took car for 10 days and they changes flinched and cap of radiator and saying that break pad and break shoes are not working that’s why you are facing that problem and they didn’t nothing and break setting is out now and clutch is so hard. This time they charge Rs 20,000 but still water is leaking and car is heatup and when I told them the issue is not settled they saying you can take car now and come after 1 week . Before that I had given my car to Suzuki Polad Motors but now they are closed. Their service was excellent. Kindly guide me in this matter. Is there any genuine service centre of Suzuki in Karachi or is there any mobile service. Because when I pay the money and didn’t satisfied than why should I pay money to them. I totally fed up of your service.

STAFF BEHAVIOUR AND THIVESNES

Sir
It is to inform your good office that I nadeem ahmad today went to your authorized dealer
( SUZUKI MARDAN MOTOTS ) ,to check my vehicle 5 thousend free chick up, when I reached
(1 ) A person (introducing himself as service ,repare area manger ) asked me to describe the problam
I told him that just chickup needed with one door lock problam(noise ,tak tak) also diggi lock problam,
The manager sb after a while told me that door problam is of danter work , and today is his marrige so for he is not aveliabel.
I requested him that backup staff will be aveliabel just chik from him but he refused in the talking spare part depott manager came to me and told me brother Friday is his holiday and danter mechanic not working for Friday. In the talking I told him that just I m one day leave from office and please do my work that I will not aveliabel other day becaue I just take one day leave from officeto do chickup of my vehicle but iwas in vain,
Dear sir
The behaviour of service area manger was unexcepteabele in talking he was treating like a police officer . during conversation I told him that If danter is not aveliabel I m not doing the other work please forget me , on saying forget words they were laughing on me and teasing me that in just two mint talking you changed your religion,is sir this a matter whether I m muslim are from other religion,
(2) it is also to convay your office that when I brought the vehicle for 1000 chikup the fuel cap was missing from the vehicle I told these people that chick in the area but they told me that there is not aveliabel ( when I was refuling the vehicle I self closed the fuel cap )after 20 mints the fuel cap was missing in the showroom ,this can be verifed from your office if you people have my calls records informed your office also mardan office

Sir question need to inquired
1 behaviour of service area manager and staff with also spare parts depott
2 If today is a danter marrige there need to be backup staff for convenience
3 if they are lieying that Friday is dater holiday then in lieying thay need to clerify
Because I traveled from 198 km double side
4 thivesness of staff
5 how in a bussines area they are talking on my religion
