Service is not done within the given time,delay in service and wasting customer time , 3 days already gone still they didn't service my bike

Just took the tvs-victor vehicle on July 31st. Found my shock observer oil is leaked and asked for warranty replacement. Repeated tried for more than a week they said there is no stock of the shock observer, we have placed the order and my particular shock observer only not coming in stocks. The supervisor is not at all responding the call. Today I directly went to the office and asked them, supervisor asked me to meet the manager, and the manager the sitting very cool and answering oy your stock has not arrived.
