Unable to view many channels

since last five days i am unable to view many channels on tata sky cable network & trying to contact tata sky helpline but nobody attending to our call also i had given missed call at many times so also forwarded the message. my sub i d no 1015483488 i am old customer even though getting bad service from your side and giving very slow and useless service if there will be late to deposit the monthly subs. very promptly you are cutting connection.if you are not attending our problem i want to switch our service so do needful immediately,

No Signal

My contact no is 9443762320. I am not receiving signal for the past 4 days in april 2015 and found difficulty in contacting tata sky customer care. Tis customer care no is not working. Srevice enguneer no also not working, finally registered a complaint, no response since 4days. Nobody has called from tata sky. Similar loss of signal one month back for a period of one week . If they are not providing good srvice why they are diducting mony from my account. This is really cheating the people. This is worest worest..... service

Tata sky - no service

We are now frequently facing problems with tata sky . Not able to view channels for 3 to 4 days in a month.

We need refund for our device .Please help

No Signal

Last month same problem happened there was no Signal problem for around 4 days it got solved automatically, and when I tried to complaint or check what is the problem I was not able to get in touch with the call center or no one called back after I registered complaint. They called after a week when the problem was solved and asked how it is working now, when I said why was I not informed if there is an issue at your end, I wasted my time trying to reach you for 3 days approximately must have called 20 Times in three days without anyone responding.
Again from day before yesterday the same problem started and not able to view any of the channels and same I am not able to reach any of the Tata Sky so called help line numbers, I have
I have a problem of charging quarterly so not able to disconnect, but sure would think twice before charging this time.

Thanks for your so called gr8 service, where you reach the customer only after you solve the problem at your end and keep customer hanging without information.

What kind of upgrade is this? No Service / No Signal

Since its more than 2 days, i am not able to view my channels. My subscriber id is 1043617123. I placed complaint sending NS to 56633 and also sent email to [email protected] & [email protected] But no response.

Why I should suffer because of your upgrade, can't you perform this upgrade without effecting our services?

signals problem

Not able to view channels last 2 days.This is my second time complaints regarding signals problem.pls response soon.customer care r not giving any response,they simply cut the line when we call.my id is 1091129245.in the name of manish khanna.look into this matter seriously otherwise we will take further step.plz.

I am not receiving signal for the past 2 days and found difficulty in contacting tata sky customer care, finally registered a complaint, no response since 2 days. Nobody has called from tata sky. Similar loss of signal one month back for a period of 2 days. I also have Videocon DTH, where I don't face any problem till today. when will I get signal? will I be compensated for the loss?

Tata Sky Service

Looks like it is actually time to say tata to tata sky... The service has gone to dogs...
I am supposedly a premier customer with 3 connections and annual packages with advance payment for the whole year... However... I am on hold for last 9 mins for some supervisor to come online...

Noone to take stock of complaints as welll

No Signal

Since last 2 days i am not able to view most of the channels on my TV due to this no signal problem. I tried calling the customer care but no one responded !! Ridiculous this is !! If we do not recharge the pack before the last date u guys deactivate the services immediately n now since 2 days ur service is down n u r not in a position to resolve it?? tatasky service is most worse. i am not receiving any channels for the past two days. helpline service is also waste. i am trying to call customer care but there is no response and also you are charging for that.if you are not satisfying the customer need then for what you are providing the service. if this condition persist i may switch to some other service providers.

There is no signals since two to three days kindly provide the same otherwise pay back the amount paid to you take away the instrument. You say toll free number when contacted amount is deducted in the mobile why the hell you should say it is toll free and other two numbers are simply waste and hence just wind up your company so that nobody would complaint against you,

TATA SKY is right now TATA BYE BYE.
There is no signal for last 2 two days.
I did try to call to customer care for removal of TATASKY antenna.
I have ordered other service provider.
I hope it works out well.

Not getting signals

One of the worst service providers. Despite contacting their service guy..guy who has installed it, nobody comes to resolve the complaint. Sub I'd..1056581778. Anybody from Hyderabad who can provide correct persons number from TATA SKY so that complaint can be lodged. Can I take legal action because everyday I am losing Rs200 subscription.

Not getting signals

Vary frequently I am not getting signals. For last two days we are not getting signals and unable to view TV. Average cost of subscription is Rs200 per day and TAta Sky people are least bothered to address the problem.

I am using Tatasky Last 2years Since I didn't get any problem.But 1time activation of package without my permission done by ur officer then I call costumer care deactivated the package from April 2nd I can't able view channels in my ID make Visible soon I Think your Cheating Customers by locking signals then earn the profit through the SMS and CALLS.Pls Don't do like that.Make it Soon Am getting Irritation on your Service.Very very very Poor response

NO SIGNAL for all Channels

I am Priyanka, NO SIGNAL for all Channels, at TATA SKY HD , USER ID- 1088358203, using Set-Top Box last 2 years, and last 2 to 3 days we are trying to get connect on Helpline, but all three helplines are useless.
When got known by neighbour can complent on website, doing so.
Please arrange someone to get resolved this Tata Sky, No Signal Problem, I hope you will notify this soon.
