Internet services from Tataindicom

I am using Tataindicom broadband internet services, account number 01762 101003. All of sudden my internet stops working, when I register the complaint with customer care I faced following problems:
1. On 8th Apr when I called customer care they said your request is registered and complaint number will be message to you in few minutes. But when I didn’t receive any message I called them again on 9th Apr then they said sorry sir your complaint is not yet registered, please tell us the problem we will register the request now (complaint number - 356813153).
2. After registering request on 9th Apr, service engg. (Pankaj - 09216355973) visited my home on 10th Apr and said sir from our side everything in ok please replace your modem and he closed my request with comments ‘customer is satisfy with services and issue is resolved’.
3. Modem which I am using I bought it from Tataindicom sales person (Ajay - 08699645797), he visited my home on 11th Apr and said sir modem is working fine, you need to follow up with service engg.
4. When I called customer care again on 11 Apr, they said sir we have already served you on basis of your last complaint and we received the comments that issue is resolved. When I asked them do you have any proof where I commented that I am satisfy and my internet is working. They said sorry sir best we can do is to register your new complaint (complaint number - 357286599) rest you need to talk to service engg, and they provided me number of service engg,.
5. On 12 Apr, when I called service engg, he said sir problem is with modem only and sorry I can’t serve you anymore and disconnect the call by saying line- ‘I am on leave till 16th Apr.’ Sorry can’t talk any more.

May I now for which service should I pay to Tataindicom if internet is not working from past 5 days?
Look at behavior of Tataindicom service team -
1. Customer care - They didn’t register the request first time
2. Service engg. - He closed the request without solving the problem and the way he used to deal with customer on phone disconnected the phone and said I can’t serve you or solve your internet problem.
3. Sales man – Sir modem provided by me is working fine you need to follow up yourself, I am not responsible for anything.

Whole team don’t have co-ordination among themselves and passing the ball from one court to another.

i had a network problem and i already book a complain but there is no solution plz do as soon as possible
