BIll Amount is incorrect

Hi,

I had raised a complaint with request ID – 23410, and this complain was closed stating, Please contact Area Executive Engineer for billing complaints.

The issue is -
I have not used cavery water since August 2015 and the consumption in "www.bwssb.org" shows "100000Lts".
The meter reading Since August 2015 is 012028, and this is same even today.
The amount Rs 4383/-, which is currently shown in www.bwssb.org needs to be deleted.

On calling Bwssb - Finally a BWSSB official with his team visited my house checked the water meter and said that the amount will be deleted, however the issue still remains.
Also, I have been requesting the person who comes to my house to issue the water bill, to fix the issue, however he says there is nothing he can do as the issue has been sent to head quarter.

• Where does the consumer go?
• For a consumer the entire department is same, and when he has issues he is routed to all possible people and still the issue does not get resolved.
• My issue exist since August, and I can’t use the cavery water until this issue is fixed.
• Now I have started seeing arrear in the bill for the amount which i should not be paying.

I am really pity were humanity is heading.
Please help.

Drainage block

we are staying in 545, 16th A cross 3rd A main HSR layout 6th sector we are facing drainage block problem from past one week and sewage waste is over flowing in rain water drains and we are unable to with stand smell and epidemic diseases may spread please take action we have complained to local engineers also complaint no27684 not much action has been taken actually we are calling them personally from past one week nothing is done and waste water is stagnant in drains from past one week. please help us sir.

DRAINAGE BLOCK

Wrong reading & Misbehavier

Dear Sir,,
My Name is Geetha Sivadasan and consumer number is E1-134079. The person who came for September 2015 reading took wrong reading and our consumption for the month was 2,20,0000 ( two lakh twenty thousand only) instead of just 20,000. Person who is staying in the ground floor informed him about this and she has shown the actual reading 3127000 whereas he took this as mistake 3327000.
But the person who came bounced back saying that what is your knowledge in this regard and he didn,t handover the bill and left the place. We feel that he drunk fully and not in conscious mind. Last two months we did not receive the bills and they are not taking the reading.

After this we visited several times Kasturinagar & Kalyan nagar offices as per directions from the concerned officers. They assured to correct the and give the correct bill but till date it is not received.

Two days back received SMS saying that your due is around 14280/-

Kindly advice the concerned person to do the needful to correct the bill and take appropriate action for misbehavior and warn the concerned officers for putting the consumers in mental truma,

Billing issue & irresponsible answer from AEE

Dear Sir,

Water and sanitary Bills are issued by meter reader at their convenient dates, the billing date on 10th of every month, we were waiting till Saturday i.e. 14th Nov 2015, but they have visited to read the meter and issued the bill on 15th Nov 2015 this month and mentioned on present reading is gate locked. Have discussed with Mr. Ramanand AEE and he is not even giving the proper responsible answer and saying that "we have 36000 consumers, how can we respond each and every person, have allocated 3 different jobs to our staff will take their sweet time to issue the same" Earlier also not provided the bill and charged the penalty on their own, customer is the loser for all negligence of BWSSB employees.

Repeated Pipe Leakage

Dear Sir/Madam,

WATER BILL STILL NO CHANGED TO DOMESTIC

Dear sir,

My name is Mrs D.nalini, residing at 73, 3rd cross 2nd main , jai hanuman layout. Arakere, Bangalore 560076. I would like to bring to your kind attention with lot of pain we have constructed new house and completed on May 1st 2015.We have paid as per rules for non domestic and applied to change for domestic . The issue is still we are receiving the water bill around Rs3500/- for non domestic for every month.

We have been running to pillar to pillar post but no action as been taken from your department.

The details are SAJALA NO 6778, & RR NO S-213369 CHALLAN NO :S-############@PAID Rs1550/-paid in kothatnur dinne ID SPML415 sub division S-2 ON 09.06.2015

I am forced to escalate this issue to your office with a hope some action will be done immediately. Failure on the part of corporation will mean deficiency of services and I will be forced to knock at our judiciary for getting a legal recourse and relief.

road cutting and water connection not done

No Water Supply Since March

Dear Sir,

We are facing a serious issue of water supply at our residence at Koramangala 4th Block. These has been NO supply of water at all since 16th of March.
I have registered a complaint regarding the same on 4th April, the Complain Number is 2031.
It has been almost 2 weeks since I lodged the complaint but still the issue has not been resolved.

It has already been 1 month since the water supply has stopped completely, so Please look into the mater urgently.

Irregular Water Supply

Dear Mr. Chairman,

I am a resident of HBR 3rd Block. From the time we have got the Cauvery connection in Aug 2013 we have never had regular supply of water specifically on the 4th cross HBR 3rd Blcok where I live. There is water supply in the surrounding areas but it does not reach my house. The road is a little elevated / uphill and the does not reach us and even if it does the pressure is very less.

The supply is only 2 days a week. Earlier we had the CMC supply too which used to help us to some extent. However even the CMC supply has been stopped for over 6 months now. There are four families in our compound and we constantly have to resort to Water Tankers for our usage. We buy water twice or thrice a week and that costs quite a bit Rs.400/- for one tanker.

We have time and again approached Mr. Sunil the BWSSB engineer in charge of our area to help us resolve this issue but we have not had any success.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and help us resolve this issue. I believe the pipes that have been laid have to be checked and given from some other place so that water can flow down the road and not up the road.

I am located in 5th Cross Adarsh Nagar LR Bandae, Kaval bysandra, RT Nagar Bangalore -560032.

Sanitary chambers of the houses located in 5th cross road being blocked and there is no out flow of sludge to the main sewer line / chamber.

We would require to resolve and rectify the problem at the earliest. It's leading illness to the residence located in 5th cross road.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

water leaking in park at 8th block jayanagar

Dear sir..
There is a leakage at jayanagar 8th block side.lakshman rao park.which is next to shakambari ward office compound..leak in the children park.it is located in the dead of 45 th cross og jayanagar 8th block.I complained 3 times no action is taken from ur dept.Please use user good office to stop the leakage of cauvery water in the park.

foul smell and garbage

Dear Sir,
We are residing at No.16, 1st cross, vinayakanagar, Annasandrapalya, near Rama Temple, HAL P.O., Bangalore-560017.

The owner of property opp our house has rented out many houses and they have common toilets. There is a huge foul smell emitting from and around this place and we are not able to come out. We feel that the waste from the toilets are let into the shoulder drains. Also there is garbage stern around and it is a mess. Request please issue notice to the owner of this property and take suitable action. We will be grateful to you if you can send a team to inspect this area which will otherwise will pose a health risk.

Irregular water supply

Dear Sir,

1. There is a constant pile up of Garbage right in front of the clinic, the garbage collection people
leave the garbage bins in front of the clinic, and they overflow with garbage.

2. There is a leak in some sewage pipe as there is a puddle of foul smelling liquid right at the
entrance of my clinic.

Irregular water supply

Dear sir,

The water supply in Defence Layout, Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore has been extremely erratic and irregular. In spite of repeated complaints to BWSSB, no action has been taken. It has been heard that the waterman is hand-in-glove with commercial water suppliers and as a result, he refuses to leave water regularly. Please look into it as a urgent matter.
